Pros: "The whole Business experience on SQ"
Cons: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Pros: "I loved that the airline offered several meals, snack options and drinks. The attendants were amazing and would highly recommend Singapore airlines to anyone flying internationally"
Cons: "The limited arm room/personal space. Not much leg room in economy for a 10 hour flight. Would be nice if airlines would decrease the number of seats and give a little more room so people aren’t hitting each other in the head with their arms"

Cons: "Upon arrival at the final destination, I couldn’t find one of my 2 checked baggages, asked the emirates ground staff and i was told that they were unable to track the bag and not sure if it was loaded on to the aircraft at the origin airport or lost in transit. Lost my wedding suite and fiancé ‘s wedding gown and plenty other wedding things."
Cons: "one of the Lady crew member was very rude. When i asked her child meal she made a very bad face and told me that u should have booked online. I explained her i tried but couldnt book coz of may be cheap fare category. It was quite embarrassing for me :("

Pros: "Not confortable at all! I was in the middle seat in the center of the plane and hD to get up every time people had to use the restroom. I could not sleep at all in the 14 hour flight - not to mention after a 6 hour delay - with poor communication on what the delays were all about. 4 different times the flight was delayed with no explanation. I liked nothing about this overpriced, under served flight."
Cons: "6 hours delayed in Sydney and nobody was telling us what was going on. I got sick while waiting, and was in a lot of pain all the way home. Also i had to pay $304 change fee to change my flight to Sydney to SFO from the original Melbourne to LAX To SFO thinking since I was coming home from Sydney I could change to a direct flight to SFO and get home early, but it took about 6 hours later because of the delay and I lost $304 in change fees even though I booked the fight via reward mileage and gave up 80,000 miles for this flight, and on top of that, when I changed the Sydney to SFO flight the system would not let me change my seat and I was booked in the middle of the plane in the middle in a 4 person row with 3 seats on the right and 3 on the left. I always fly in the window seat to help me sleep easier and not have to get up every time someone had to use the restroom. This was a 14 hour flight and I got no sleep at all and the 6 hour delay killed me. This was an awful experience and I don’t believe the $304 charge was worth it considering I paid 80,000 miles + taxes. I am complaining to executive management all the way to the top about this terrible expensive poor experience."
Cons: "As an incoming traveller and a Platinum Qantas member, I was refused access to the Qantas Lounge on arrival in Townsville. All I wanted to do was spend fifteen minutes reviewing my diary and directions for the visits planned here. This is the Irish version of hospitality. God bless his departure."

Cons: "There was no organization for those of us that were moved to that flight. Shifted from 4 different lines and luggage was not sorted out after customs. Our luggage didn't make it on our flight since someone said since it said CVG, it would be fine. It wasn't."
Cons: "Arrival at Terminal 3 at Perth Airport was a real disappointment. It took more than an hour to get through passport control and customs. Woefully understaffed and exhausting after flying from Heathrow and arriving at 11.45pm. Makes me think twice about flying qantas into Perth"

Cons: "The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him."
Pros: "The flight attendant attending to seat Numbers 19 J, 19 H and 19K is especially nice. Not the coldly professional practiced niceness but warmly professional."

Cons: "In-flight WIFI was very slow and felt a bit expensive. Boarding was a bit unorganized, but OK. Flight arrived a bit late and took-off 3 hrs late than the estimated take-off time and there was nothing offered in-flight during this time apart from water, which was a very bad experience."
Pros: "The crew on board were gracious in helping swap seats with a passenger so that my partner and I could sit next to each other."
Cons: "My partner and I had booked our tickets separately and so were under different levels of check in (online). We were first to baggage drop at Ahmedabad and believed the staff at the check in counter would assist in getting our seats together as I have been shifted from my checked in seat on a previous flight. However he was unfriendly and unaccomodating which made it a very unpleasant journey."
