The service was fantastic. Not much could be done better
On both legs of my trips (Jhb - Dxb and Dxb - Jhb) the entertainment system did not work.
Some how there was a miscommunication between JetBlue and kayak because my flight was canceled with JetBlue through kayak. I would not have know my flight was canceled unless I had called to verify exactly when my flight was. There was poor communication between kayak and JetBlue and I will never book with neither company every again.
Pros: "Yes seat was comfortable and crew was good. Overall, good service. Thank you!!"

Cons: "2 of the female crew members had attitude problems when asked simple questions by passengers. One was an Urdu speaking flight attendant and the other was a blonde woman. Regret I didn't get their names. Please work with them on being nicer with passengers."
Pros: "Since not enough room in "What could have been better". For as long as my second flight was, from Dubai to Boston, the seats in coach were criminal!!! Way to narrow, especially if sitting next to a large person. Not nearly enough distance to seat in front of you, can't even bend over to reach some-"
Cons: "thing on the floor. The seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get shuteye. It would have been really nice to have a footrest of some type, even busses have those! I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."

Good selection of drinks. Meet was fatty unfortunately on Qatar.
The crews have been excellent I feel like they go an extra mile to make my trip the most comfortable one and they do it cheerfully. I left my usb cable in the plane and two of the crews found me and gave it to me. Now where in the woods can you get such service I asked them to give you their names: Khaoula,Bhagwan,Juliet’s,Pam’s and two more from ATL to Doha trip. Yeah get free commercial fr me Fly Qatar whenever and wherever you fly and you will never be disappointed!!!
