Flight delayed by an hoir or more. Food service is slow. Also, the crew is not following up on orders. Travelled in business class and was a platinum member, but still didn't receive the expected service .

Pros: "Enjoyed the flight. Great friendly crew. Both flights CMB to DOHA and DOHA-DFW were nice and clean. Food was great!"

Cons: "Had an 11hr delay overall, 3.5hrs sitting on the tarmac only to be told to disembark for dinner at the airport. Then told that we won't be getting on until 7am the next day, but only really started boarding at 8:30am. By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Cons: "During checkin process they weighed my laptop bag along with my hand baggage a small suitcase. Laptop is considered as personal item. The combined weight exceeded 7 kg and hence I had pay for excess baggage even though my checked in Baggage were close correct 23 kg limit. This was an issue with most"

Cons: "Inconsistency in packing policies. My sister And I each had a curtain to bring back. I was told that it had to be boxed and wrapped and she wasn’t. Also there were issues with baggage claim at IAD. I took about 45 minutes for the bags to come out."
Cons: "Emirates didn't allow me to get onto the plane with my 7 lb carry on because of weight issues in the plane. After bargaining few minutes, they were not convinced and only let me get onto the plane with my backpack."

Staff write the complaint and haven't heard from anyone. I had to start over. Bad at rectifying problems and caring about customers after a trip. I booked 17 tickets for this trip for my clients. I have used you in the past for my clients ..one group 50 tickets. Carol James Travel Agrnt"
