Cons: A in dining restaurant

Cons: I didnt like was when we arrived at 5:30 and our rooms werent ready until 6! I paid good miney for this hotel and should not have to wait....on the confirmation it says hotel check in at 3! not 6!!!...what can kayak or crescent do for me? i would love to stay again but that put a big "?" to stay again....

Cons: only 2 elevators

Cons: For the price of the hotel there wasn't anything "above and beyond". There wasn't coffee in the rooms which was disappointing. We stayed at the hotel zaza last visit and would probably return there. They had small macaroons sitting out with lemon water in the lobby. Also when we checked in there we were greeted with a glass of champagne. They also offered a weekend getaway package for the same we paid at Rosewood and we received a bottle of champagne in our rooms and gourmet breakfast at their restaurant. The spa was very outdated, my massage was fantastic. But could hear the parking garage above a few times. The rest of the spa was clean just very much in need of updates. Something to consider.

Cons: My friends and I scheduled spa treatments. The "spa" is more like a locker room in a basement, complete with outdoor furniture and a tv on the wall with a program going. No soothing music or lounge type chairs. It was not relaxing at all. My friends liked their facials, but I didn't love my massage. For $150 after tax and tip, I expect a lot more. This was probably the worst spa experience for the price that I've ever had.

Cons: I had booked the room through Kyak but the hotel double charged my credit card and I had to call back to get it credited

Cons: Wish there was coffee pot in room or at least coffee avail in lobby. Was told coffee service ends when starbucks bext door opens!

Cons: The beds were not comfortable and the TV picture was horrible

Cons: The valet opened the door for me (driver), did not do anything for my wife (passenger). The rooms seemed to have thin walls, as we heard guest all through the night. There may have been a fraternity group reunion of some sort, and we may have been unfortunately stuck on the same floor as some of them. It hurt our stay to say the least.

Cons: The self parking wasn't free. I'm not going to pay someone to park my vehicle since I'm going to be staying there for one night. Inside the bathroom above the shower it the A/C unit. It appeared that it needed some updating because it looked like a 1 or 2 stars project.

Cons: I was charged for my stay by the hotel and kayak. Then the hotel is still holding my funds that was not even suppose to be charged to my card.

Cons: Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. I was very satisfied with my stay and would stay there again. Only negative thing was we ordered late night room service and it wasn't the best. We got the Philly steak sandwich.

Cons: Restaurant a bit on steep side, but staffed by helpful, attentive, professional people

Cons: Not enough shampoo, soap, etc. No water in the room

Cons: There was no fitted sheet on the bed.

Cons: The handle that controlled the water was not working so you would eaither take a cold shower or a burning hot shower.

Cons: Mandatory $25 valet was unexpected

Cons: Staff it's nice but maybe that's the difference with hotels that charge 500 USD per night.

Cons: Few restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Cons: Where do I start?? I should had known this would not be a good stay by the service when I checked in. The gentleman in front of me was being taking care of wonderfully. The lady taken of me was not giving best service. She did not welcome me to the Hotel, ask may I help you, asked for my ID and credit card. Handed me the room key and said park on either side of Hotel. While I was waiting, I was listening to the other lady checking in the gentleman beside me.....WOW... customer service was great....she was very detailed from parking to where elevators are about his room. The room.....appeared to be nice....however closer look.... The bathroom only had one light working, taking a shower in dim light. Web site said Bath Robes....NO bath robes!!!! My daughter noticed the desk chair....was RIPPED badly!!! Three inches across the front seat....OMG....showing the cushion...nasty!! Desk lamp didn't work. Then when we went to bed.....another shocker....the pillows....SMELLED SO NASTY!!! I called the desk....and was asked to be put on hold.....AFTER 5 minutes....I put the phone down and told my daughter let me know when some one answers.....I headed down stairs to the desk and saw the desk person standing there talking to a Security Person. I asked for a Manager, he said he was. I explained I had been put on hold and been waiting. Then about the pillows and asked if we could have more...he said "No", that they was over booked and didn't have any more. I asked him so I need to sleep without pillows? Manager sent the Security person to check the pillows.....needless to say after the Security Person called from the room and reported the smell was nasty on the on the pillows and the desk chair was terrible and as my daughter was telling about finding holes in the sheets...found painted finger nails on the floor!! The Manager was knocking on the door and said lets get you ladies out of this room and to a new room. When we got to the next room....few pillows was still nasty smell....seems maybe its from soured linens, ended up wrapping them in towels! Manager also said he will find some bath robes due to second room had no bath robes!!! As we got settle in....noticed on the floor hair pins....REALLY....are these rooms cleaned after guests???? After all said and done...we did get $ 22 off the room rate....lolololol... Oh.....being put on hold time....desk person AKA Manager...answered as I walked back in door with Security person....Do math of time that was....ride down elevator, explain about pillows, going back up to room (9th floor).

Cons: $10 parking.

Cons: The room was paid for through kayak however the hotel charged me again at their regular rate.

Cons: We liked it overall. Just had a few rough patches at the beginning when they had problems finding our resevation and then when she asked if we wanted double beds then gave us keys to a single bed.

Cons: Hotel was not in the best of conditions. Could really use better upkeep.

Cons: Pay-to-use wifi. Fitness room was very, very cold. Bed was too firm for my liking.

Cons: Dirty room, cleaning staff did not come daily for no apparent reason, coffee filters/items not restocked when used in room. Noisy and poor view. Parking and wifi extra costs. Out of items when ordered room service.

Cons: Room was dirty, we got charged twice for room and had to go through a lot with the front desk for a refund, also didn't tell us about getting charged for parking and other "miscellaneous" charges. Would not stay there again.

Cons: The walls walking to our door were scuffed badly really needs new wallpaper or a paint job.

Cons: Room smelled bad, sheets and bedding had plastic feeling and comforter was heavy, pillows were thin, tv channels were limited

Cons: Maintenance man knocked on our door at 9:30 to clean AC filter. We had Do Not Disturb sign on the door but he still knocked on the door. Kept knocking few times and woke me up.

Cons: The parking was very expensive. Normally I pay nothing to park at other hotels, but I have paid up to $15 for parking a day. ($3 Anatole was $22 a day and the parking lot was almost empty.

Cons: everything. no continental breakfast, nickel and dime you for everything. rooms were dirty, linens were dirty

Cons: TV kept loosing signal, staff question were not concrete and contradicted each other. The climate control wasn't working. Along with the facilities feeling humid n hot. Very uncomfortable especially with the weather of above 104.

Cons: For this room costing me $400/night it was a fairly poor value. The bathroom was so small that I had to climb over the toilet to get in and out of the shower. No balcony, no sitting room, the plumbing gurgled and rattled every time anyone used it nearby, and I could hear everything going on in the adjacent room. The hotel is sooooo huge and no signs or directories. People were constantly lost and asking each other for directions everywhere I went (I don't get why they don't have signs in TX, not specific to the hotel alone, very few signs on the roads too). So basically the room was a confort inn with a hilton price tag. Nothing complimentary or included, not worth the money. Stay at the Sheraton across the street.

Cons: The hotel is an atrium hotel and is extremely large. During my stay there was a prom, a conference, and a wedding hosted by the hotel - it was extremely noisy and crowded. While its very large, its also quite an old hotel. There's one set of elevators for each atrium and the walk to and from the room is really long! Kayak listed it as 4 star and I've generally had a great experience with selected 4 star hotels throughout the country; this one was extremely disappointing.

Cons: very disappointed at the fact that we had to pay for parking after spending good money to stay overnight. If already paying for a room, should not have to pay extra for parking.

Cons: I did not like the fact that the attendants behind the counters did not inform us about the breakfast at the lounge especially after we paid for the executive room which included the breakfast. We had to go to the other restaurant in the atrium to eat and pay... The attendants in the hotel are not good.

Cons: Customer service was bad. Also not enough staff.

Cons: There were a lot of hidden charges and the staff was a little disorganized.

Cons: There was only one front desk representative at both front desks at 6:30 pm. I needed another key a was quite a wait. The parking is a total pain for $19, the gate readers do not work well. There was only one small trash can under the desk and none in the bathroom. And there was a creepy crawling visitor in the shower on the 20th floor.

Cons: They put us in the middle of a high school cheerleading convention. Didnt sleep one night with teenage girls running wild throughout the hallways at all hours. Management did NOTHING to control them. Management offered no apologie or follow up. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again!
