Great Location...but Room was Dirty
The location of the Lumen is excellent - right in the heart of University Park and within walking distance of good restaurants and safe places to go running/jogging.
My room smelled like smoke and had clearly been vacated by someone else right before I arrived (probably because it smelled like smoke). The closet doors were open when I got to the room, and certain random lights were on. The window was tiny and overlooked an alley. While I loved the location of this hotel, the room itself was pretty awful.
