Pros:The staff was super friendly.
Cons:Missing hairdryer. Floor wet in front of air conditioner. Air conditioner ran loud.
Cons:Bathtub was extremely slippery for older people to use without the fear of falling.

Cons:Hotel was dirty. the room smelled terrible, woke up with a terrible headache because of the cleaning smell which was probably so heavy to cover up the animal smell in the room.
Pros:The place itself is in a good location near Love Field, which was exactly what we needed for an evening. Breakfast was good and the majority of the staff were friendly.
Cons:I did not like the fact that the bedding was filthy. I did not notice until we had to use a sheet for the pull out bed because none were provided to us at check-in and we assumed it would be in our room. I talked to staff about not changing the sheets, which is the most important item to clean in a hotel room. They offered to switch rooms but it was 1AM, we were settled, and one of our other friends had passed out on the bed. We settled for a change of sheet but I felt that much more could have been done. To pay $100 for an evening and not have clean sheets in a room is preposterous. The fact that bed bugs exist and the potential for other diseases can occur is what was frightening and disappointing that a brand such as Carlson is allowing to occur. It would not be fair to slam this hotel on all aspects but when it comes to cleanliness, hotels must be on top of their game in that category no matter what other amenities exist.
