9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, extremely attentive staff (Antoine and Augustin), very clean, excellent breakfast, very comfortable room.
Cons: I have nothing negative to say
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the hotel for one night on our visit to Aix-en-Provence, the hotel is lovely, homely and warm! This is a hotel of only a few rooms, with a personal attitude and exceptional service. Welcome us a guy named *Antoine* who was just adorable! Helped us whenever we asked and gave recommendations on the city. Throughout the stay he endeavored to make our stay pleasant and answered all our requests. The hotel has a communal kitchen floor where you can indulge in coffee, wine and fresh bakery products at no extra charge. The rooms are charming, cozy and clean and decorated in a great French style with bright colors and vintage details. Although we did not pay for breakfast, we were surprised to find that the hotel indulges its guests with an amazing meal, which includes boutique cheeses, freshly squeezed juice, delicious coffee and fresh pastries. ! It was just perfect
Cons: All great
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: We were very disappointed as we had read previous reviews and were looking forward to staying in a ‘romantic’ hotel, but on entering our room, there was no ‘romance’ in the room at all, only half dead flowers, bare walls, cheap toilet rolls, lack of hooks or rails for towels and dressing gowns, a bottle of water with no bottle opener, no pen although there was stationery and an awful smell when the shower was used! Neither of us slept well, breakfast was basic with a half cooked boiled egg. So, needless to say we will not be returning and will be staying in another hotel close by.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Antoine was the perfect host manager.
Cons: Nothing

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room Great breakfast Beautiful lodge
Cons: It's not so close to the centre of Aix-provence
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is fabulous. Whether it is dining for breakfast under the trees in the morning with a great selection for breakfast and perfectly prepared cappuccino or if you want to be poolside with cocktails, everything is wonderful. A few “good to knows”: breakfast is extra but gre at, and no food is served poolside, only cocktails. Also, this is a huge hiking and biking area so plan to experience both if possible between your wine tours and other excursions. Also, go to the local town and watch the French bowling and sip a cocktail at the local bar. Also, the concierge service was top notch!! They really cared for you. Great value for the price!
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place with outstanding restaurant

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Glorious property and gardens in a wonderful location - an easy walk into Aix ( or take the hotel shuttle). Reception staff were lovely.
Cons: Our room smelled rather damp (and clearly had had a leak in the past). One day our room was not made up until late afternoon despite our « please make up the room » sign.
7.1 Good
Pros: The bathroom.
Cons: expensive for its benefits.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Rooms. Very quiet but very lively on the beach. Service was excellent
Cons: Fitness center is not really a fitness center and machines were old. Spin bike broken.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant in the hotel is excellent

Pros: A true
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We found the staff extremely helpful and courteous and were very happy to answer all our queries. They also were happy to let me practice my french! The garden and outside eating areas are very attractive .
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: My husband and myself came for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful check in experience, and the grounds of the hotel were amazing. We had a bit of a problem with the room, but happy to say the staff (especially Anthony, I believe the managers name was) was absolutely accommodating and fixed it and rectified the problem for us to our complete satisfaction. I enjoyed the bar outside, as well as the pool. The grounds were spectacular. I would absolutely recommend it to friends.. (infact I already have !)
Cons: Did not like the doves in the cage in the garden. I know they were well treated with lots of food and water, however It made us very sad to see them caged like this without at minimum a full flight cage.
7.1 Good
Pros: I loved the gardens. And the staff and the bar and front desk were terrific.
Cons: My room was never cleaned before 4 or 5 pm. It was very difficult to relax after a long day because I then had to wait for my room to be cleaned. I never could get enough shower gel. Plus my last night I stayed one of the quest had a dog in their room that barked until 11 pm. I only took breakfast one day because the guests were smoking and it was not an enjoyable experience.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff, room, facilities
Cons: Gate access
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Historical villa/chateau with comfortable rooms and beautiful interiors, swimming pool and spa. About 10-15min walk from the center of Aix-en-Provence. Relaxing atmosphere, heated swimming pool allow you to use it even in autumn. Place to relax and enjoy time alone or together in a romantic getaway. Car parking available.
Cons: Terrible Internet. Also you need to wait at the gates each time you go out until smb let you in. Room service is available for breakfast only. During my stay lunches were not available in the hotel, but I was offered salads or smth light instead.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I loved my stay at this beautiful hotel in Provence. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and extremely professional. I felt so taken care of throughout my stay. The property is gorgeous and so tastefully decorated. It's like a little oasis just outside Aix. I loved the pool-area as well as the terrace for breakfast. I would love to come back in the future as I really enjoyed my stay at this gorgeous property.
Cons: The only thing was perhaps the food... I found the breakfast buffet to be incredibly small for the type of place/price you're paying at this hotel. They could have definitely had a bigger and more diverse breakfast spread. The coffee was also really bad (but most hotels don't have great coffee unfortunately...). The pool menu as well as the room service menu were incredibly small as well and there was not a lot of variety, which makes it hard to stay in at the hotel even though you would like to since it's so beautiful and charming. They do have a proper restaurant at the hotel but sometimes you just want to eat something in your room and I wish there was a bigger menu for these occasions. It would also have been nice with a shuttle service to go into the city centre. I stayed at another 5 star property near Aix in the past, who offered this, which I thought was very clever (even though it's not a particularly long walk). But overall I loved my stay!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: One lady(short hair, a little oldish) working at the terrace restaurant was rude and not nice.
7.9 Good
Pros: The convenient location, at the edge of the old town; the unique character of the buiiding and garden, with its collection of statues; the setting and quality of food in the restaurant; friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Some aspects not up to five-star standards - e.g. afternoon tea service left overnight on room patio; chipped tea cups, used towels on display around pool overlooked by dining area in evening; massage service in spa not available Sunday/Monday (not mentioned in advertising), Charging for every small thing, despite very expensive room charge. Not value for money.
Overview Reviews
A stone's throw from Place de la Rotonde and the famous Cours Mirabeau, the Adagio Aix-en-Provence Centre is located in the very heart of the city, close to shops and entertainment. A 4-star holiday residence, Aparthotel has 89 air-conditioned apartments from studios for 2 people to 3-room apartments for 6. Perfect for a business trip, or for a getaway with your partner or family. The Aparthotel has an undercover car park and free high-speed Internet access.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable , freshly renovated room, new appliances and nice design. Everything is above and beyond my expectations. The supermarket is only a few steps away, the city center is about 7-8 min walk. Having the laundry on-site during 10 days of travel really helps.
Cons: My only concern is the garage, which is OK for small and medium-sized cars. If you are driving a car longer than 4 meters, you will likely need a person to guide you through very tight turns. I've had a very long station wagon and had to negotiate going through right areas with the help of my spouse.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Don't waste time having breakfast; cold watery scrabled eggs, very limited range of food, fruit was terrible, etc.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good in fact. I can't say anything not good right now. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks for the umbrella you lent in the morning.
Cons: It is hard to find anything I don't like. Maybe better to be equipped with washing machine.
6.2 Good
Pros: Very well located, close to the city center and all the shopping and restaurants. Has its own parking lot so you don't have to worry about not having any place to park. The hotel staff was nice enough to help us make a few calls for restaurant reservations. The room is quite sizable for Europe's standards.
Cons: The room was okay clean and average, don't expect too much. There's only one elevator and so it's super slow and it smells bad.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel absolutely deserved all the accolades I read about it on TripAdvisor. The staff were so nice, and the location cannot be beaten. There was a Nespresso machine and four coffee capsules in the room (you pay one Euro each for additional capsules), as well as a dishwasher with soap capsules and a generally well-appointed apartment. It was totally comfortable - clean, well-equipped, modern, new. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: The separate toilet room had an odor of stale urine.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is close to the city center, the staff is friendly, there is a parking space in the basement, and the driveway is slightly narrower.
Cons: The living room is slightly smaller
9.0 Excellent
Cons: No extra towels
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, a 5 min walk top the routine ams to the Cours Mirabeau. They're fully equipped with kitchen ware and we were able to take full advantage of that. Hotel Employee was excellent and very helpful.
Cons: Parking was 60 euros for 7 days. You have to pay for parking at most European hotels so it wasn't out of the blue or anything, just that it was extra.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Classical hotel room. The staff was friendly and it was clean. We even had a little balcony. If there is enough space, you can park in front of the hotel and it’s free, otherwise there is a garage for which you have to pay (I don’t remember how much).
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed.
Cons: Very small room, no electrical outlets in bathroom, only one small chair
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a two star hotel but perfectly adequate, with all the basics. Everything is spotlessly clean & staff are very helpful.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved frig and safe in room. Bed comfy.
Cons: No windows in bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This is a very clean, well kept hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk from the city center. I selected the hotel because it had free, secure parking. I was not disappointed in this. The breakfast was really nice. Check out was friendly.
Cons: The hotel review said the rooms had a balcony. This implies somewhat of a view. I received the worst, or one of the worst rooms. I realize I am single, but I am tired of being given the worst room because there is only one of me. I pay the same as a couple, and booked months ago, so that should be a consideration! The room I was given was tiny, tiny and depressing. I also felt since it was on the ground floor and in a dark corner, that it was a bit of a security risk for me being a single woman. I asked the woman at the check in if I could get another or even be willing to upgrade and she told me I would need to pay an addition 25 euros! I was disappointed that having booked so many months ago, that was what I was offered. She offered no other alternative and did not seem to care.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very lovely, comfortable and quiet, and the staff was superb – – courteous, competent, and very willing to help with anything needed. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous – – a wide variety of choices: eggs, a variety of breads, two delicious cheeses, cold cereals, orange juice, coffee and tea. Very well located near historic city center.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable
Cons: The property overlooks a private home

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and easy walking distance to any part of town
Cons: Main road to hotel was closed off. Would have been nice to have gotten a notice from the hotel of alternate route to get there.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel for short stay
Cons: Breakfast is very weak
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location close to city centre. Front Desk very helpful and check in and check out quick. A good choice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom was gorgeous and the room was very chic. Staying at other hotels in France I felt the bed was very comfortable in comparison.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great front desk!
Cons: Not enough electrical outlets. The one in the bathroom hooked to the hair dryer didn't work. Only one outlet in bedroom.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Centrally located next to old town and restaurants, but still very quiet. Only 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Great rooftop terrace and very good value for money.
Cons: No safe in the rooms.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location is good.
Cons: The elevator was broken, and it seems like it was broken for a while plus no one came to fix it when we were there.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and spacious room. Nespresso machine and kettle. Best part was filtered water and ice dispenser..saves the environment and the hassle of having to buy water. Thank you!
Cons: Breakfast at 26 euros per person is too expensive
6.0 Good
Pros: This is a very beautiful and stylish Hotel in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. The bedroom was very large and bright with tasteful furnishings and decoration. We ordered Room Service and we're not disappointed, delicious food served to us in a very elegant way, as if we were dining downstairs. The breakfast was also perfect with a great choice of hot and cold food, it's tempting to try everything as it's all so good.
Cons: The room was just not warm enough for a cold winter day which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. We asked for it to be fixed but it made absolutely no difference. It was not cold but it wasn't warm either because of the size of the room and there was a draft from the window. It's just not something you expect from a 5 star Hotel. Also, our mini-bar was empty but we didn't want to complain again so we said nothing. The pool is only open for children at 7pm which is ridiculous as this is when they start to feel tired and hungry so what's the point.
7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms had a good size, the staff was nice and the hotel very clean.
Cons: The beds of the family room were a bit small, not suitable for two teenagers or adults. The staff was nice but not professional enough for a higher range hotel they were talking about private affairs in the breakfast room). The pool is quite small. The location is next to the theater house in a not so nice area of Aix but close to the city center.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms. But no ambience. Didn’t care for decor st all.
Cons: Restaurant expensive and bad.
6.3 Good
Cons: Not good value for money

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, tidy, soft towels an, of course, authentic atmosphere and design. Amazing experience!
Cons: I was informed that my small kid could have a free breakfast, but it was eventually invoiced. Building has a very a very specific smell (in the room it was fine, but corridors are creepy). Hair dryer didn’t work properly. On Monday there’s no dinner, minibar is empty.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was central to the town centre but we were surprised that it was surrounded by industrial and retail outlets.
Cons: On the second day a large tour group arrived before we came down for breakfast. The staff did not seem to be able to cater for this and we had little to eat and no cups, utensils etc. Disappointing service that day and breakfast still cost us 24 euros per person!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms nicely appointed
Cons: Pool was not heated
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is an historic building that has a lot of original features and character. We enjoyed staying in this chateau on our last night in France. Although the hotel entrance is located on a busy commercial street, the building itself is set back far enough for a lot of privacy. After staying in St. Remy de Provence for several days, we chose this hotel because it was closer to the Marseille Airport. We had a tremendous six course dinner in the hotel restaurant, which dates back to the 17th Century. We mentioned that it was our anniversary and the Chef came out to greet us as we left.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: In a park like setting close to Aix a chateau from 14th century with an expensive Michelin star restaurant and comfy rooms
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building Friendly staff The Bath Nice bathroom products The opportunity to dine in a Michelin star restaurant. Highly recommend booking in.
Cons: Stairs with heavy bags but being an old building it was understandable
7.1 Good
Cons: Service a little sparse on Sundays and Mondays when the restaurant is closed. Imagine better when there is activity on other days.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff were so helpful nothing too much trouble , the facilities were excellent , within easy reach to the town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful and professional staff. Lovely meal and comfortable room. We had A wallet stolen on route and the hotel were very helpful and understanding
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We rented a two bedroom apartment, which proved to be an excellent choice. The apartment had a small garden with beach chairs and a kitchenette. Also very convenient if you are travelling with a dog. The personnel was very friendly and professional. The property looked lovely. We also loved the swimming pool. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
Cons: At breakfast the bread in the bread basket was rotten with blue spots. Although we loved the hotel, i would not be using the restaurant services on our next stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire complex of numerous buildings is a resort offering an excellent restaurant, enormous pool, room service, a variety of room types, a gym, tennis court and massage room all in a rural park setting just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Aix. We booked for 6 nights into a 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults overlooking the garden with a large dining table, a terrace and a shared bathroom. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with L’Occitane products. The pond, fountains and various outdoor sitting areas offered a sense of privacy and intimacy; we had space to ourselves in a communal area. The staff were always present and extremely friendly and gracious but unobtrusive. The restaurant food was excellent as were the staff; the locals book into the restaurant which is always an endorsement. If you are offered the BBQ dinner during your stay we would highly recommend the food; each meal is prepared by the restaurant chefs to order on the wood fired BBQ outside in the garden and it’s like a buffet. It was an experience we loved.
Cons: The second bedroom was in the communal area so privacy for one couple was an issue. The ceilings are quite low in the original building which resulted in us moving to a suite in another building for an extra €20 per night; well worth the extra to get a better shower and higher ceilings without losing the charm. The site is a little out of town so we ensured all four of us took the same taxi; €15 each way on average depending on the traffic.

Pros: Everything
5.4 Okay
Pros: When we checked in at mid night we get a used room ground floor thats looks at garbage containers. After complain. Fist he deinigh We get room that’s ok. Terrible check in. On the other side. Morning leaving was a sweet lady that canceled the parking cost to compensate
Cons: Paying parking cost. It’s a hotel where u need to have parking so need to be included. And the issue with room used as said in previous text.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room comfort.pool
Cons: Very noisy located at intersection of 2 motorways. Walking very stressful across intersection. Witnessed one pedestrian after accident lying on road. On top jackhammers for roadwork through the .night. Very far from centre 2k with need to walk across very dangerous roads and motorways. Staff ignorance of room location overlooking motorway pool...And rather rude regarding noise, argue back to you that rooms are quiet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent. Julien the bar tender was helpful and a pleasure to meet. The evening menu was very good.
Cons: Breakfast was expensive.
7.9 Good
Pros: New and young decoration large rooms
Cons: Bad and noisy and far away location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Cold pool
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Golden Tulip chain of hotels renovated this venue a couple of months ago, and created a very efficient, modern and comfortable hotel, very suitable for business and en-route stays. It's located next to the autoroute from Aix-en-Provence to Lyon. Downtown Aix is about a 10 mins. drive. The beds (as in all Golden Tulip hotels) are amongst the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Bathroom modern and efficient. The staff consist of mostly young, enthusiastic people with a modern attitude to service. Definitely a hotel that differs itself positively from the standard en-route French hotel-style!
Cons: The restaurant should be upgraded somewhat. The menu is limited and as downtown is a bit out, guests should be able to have a bit more choice in the menu.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has its own garage and a backyard within closed door space. The room is nice and clean with a nice bath room. The location is within walking distance to down town attractions, very convenience. The price is the best among similar conditions.
Cons: The hotel does not have a big enough sign for its location and is hard to find. We missed it in the first round and had to drive around another 10 minute to turn around and coming back to find it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Paul was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Having a recepcionist fluent in Brazilian Portuguese was GREAT! Thanks, JULIAN. Very nice heating system and comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom were clean. The location is nice. Energy sockets are everywhere in the room and it's so GREAT.
Cons: Breakfast is expensive for what it offers. I don't recommend. The furniture is useful but it doesn't seem to fit properly to the room space. It should be reevaluated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Clean and friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very helpful staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Spacious room Centrally located
Cons: Slightly aged no pool
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was very convenient. The receptionist was very kind and let us store our bags after we had checked out.
Cons: Our room was freezing even though we had the "heat" turned up as far as we could. In their defense, we didn't report it so I don't know if it was the hotel or just the room. Luckily, there was sufficient blankets on the bed.
6.3 Good
Pros: Old building, nicely decorated, gave you the feeling of being in another time. It was also great that it had parking.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location near sites & train station.
Cons: The room did not feel so clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We chose the Concorde for its combination of relatively central location, price, and availability of parking since we were travelling by car. It met our expections for all of these things, but what we didn't expect was the extremely friendly staff and the lovely large room with a patio deck where we could enjoy wine, cheese and bread overlooking the rooftops. Great place!
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: location
Cons: car park not included and hard to find in hotel location. Also, hotel car park is limited until 12pm which limits you if you have plans which could get you back late
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location was very good, within walking distance of main tourist area. Bus right outside door also.
Cons:
6.4 Good
Pros: The hotel is located near the congress center. I have stayed in a renovated room which was nice and comfort. Some of the rooms are not as good.
Cons:
6.4 Good
Pros: Location was excellent - easy walking distance to city centre. The parking facility is a big advantage (Aix is a bit of a nightmare otherwise!!). We booked the suite and thoroughly enjoyed having beakfast on the terrace!
Cons: Some of the plants, paintwork and furniture outside (and on the terace) could perhaps do with a bit of extra maintenance.
6.0 Good
Pros: The size of the room was very good with separate wc and bath/shower although we did have a superior room. The room was not in the hotel itself but to the rear similar to a motel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good location.
Cons: breakfast was fairly average and not worth additional cost
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice balcony

Overview Reviews

Cons: About 20 minutes drive to the city.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool provided a pleasant outdoor environment.
Cons: The restaurant only provided a very limited menu, which was a shame since there were no other restaurants within walking distance. (The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Aix). The fact that the restaurant didn't operate fully on a Friday night seems a bit odd!

Pros: Very modern and clean . A light bright room . Very helpful staff
Cons: There was a restaurant open weekdays and the food was nice. Unfortunately service was very slow.
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean and quiet

8.0 Excellent
Pros: A good buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk from the station, right near the centre of town. It was quiet and safe and the staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. The spa was really good, better than most hotel spas and the swimming pool was longer than I expected.
Cons: Supplies in the room weren't always topped up ( coffee, coffee cups). But nothing that couldn't be remedied by a chat to staff or reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room overlooking the old town. Lovely swimming pool. Very good position. Friendly staff.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel offered ideal, central location, accommodating and kind staff, great value and charm. We were looking for a relaxing stay and it was quiet, peaceful and our balcony offered a gorgeous view just above the city. The table and chairs outside were a perfect place to start the day with coffee and enjoy the sunset shinning from St. Victoire to Marseille. The TV offered channels in several languages and fresh robes and slippers always available to wear over to the spa. Although we never ate at the restaurant, the bar offered good drinks in a nice environment. Excellent value and experience.
Cons: Parking was a little tricky, would be nice if they offered vallet with the overnight fee.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Localização
Cons: Atendimento dos funcionários
7.1 Good
Pros: The receptionists are nice and kind, trying to help as much as possible. Hotel is well located near the city's attractions, many shops within walking distance.
Cons: Unfortunately one of the rooms we booked was occupied and we had to get a double bed room instead of a twin bed. It was uncomfortable for the couple who slept in the room, they wanted separate beds. The air conditioner did not work well and hardly cooled the rooms. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a catastrophe. A few hours after dinner our whole group suffered from terrible vomiting and high fever, it was a sad ending to our wonderful trip in Provence.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Good location, gereat bed
Cons: While it is billed as a spa, it has almost no gym equipment. This is a place for people to get massages and do juice cleanses.

Pros: Super bedding, super breakfast, quiet calm hotel. Liked the lobby self-service honesty bar.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: atmosphere hosts
Cons: comfort of room (bathroom)
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff could not have been kinder. We had spent the majority of the day trying to get there from Nîmes. The car rental company would not let my friend use her American Express to complete the rental even though she had used it to initiate the sale at home. We were really stressed and tired when we arrived.the man at the desk spent so much time helping us get our transportation story settled. Just wonderful! He had just begun to work there. The breakfast was delicious, the best we had in France.
Cons: The advertised air conditioning was not to be. It had been turned off for the season the day before. They did give us a fan but the room was still hot and stuffy.

Cons: nothing!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent boutique hotel with very friendly staff in the centre of the charming city of Aix en Provence. They have their own parking too. We will again return here! Thank you:)

Pros: Attendants at the front desk friendly and helpful. Loved the ability to bathe... Not just shower. The young man working the dining area was friendly and tried very hard.
Cons: Breakfast not at all worth the extra 12Euro charge. The floors in our room were gritty and made my feet black after my bath. 4 pm check-in much later than most...too late. An extra charge for cleaning the kitchen?
