Cons: Breakfast was lovely the first day and cannot fault the staff. On our last day was busy and we ordered breakfast waited over 40 minutes and they had miss placed/forgotton us but we didnt have time to wait and flying home. Husband wasnt happy travelling on empty stomach.

Cons: The rooms were cold and there was no way to improve this. We turned off the air conditioning but the room never heated up. It was also very noisy in the mornings if you wanted a lay in.

Cons: This hotel is meant to be 5 stars? Facilities maybe but there was no service at the hotel. Massive crowds sitting in the lobby. Long lines for check in. Waited over an hour for tooth paste to be delivered to room including 3 calls to house keeping. Difficult to get through to in-room dining. No one to help with luggage on the way in or out of the hotel. With that said, the hotel has low ceilings but the decor is incredibly charming and you really feel like you are staying at a hotel in Amsterdam and not a big chain hotel.

Pros: The front of the hotel faces a nice open square with neatly built shops , resturants and coffee shops on the sides. Small 3 levels shopping mall on the corner.. Although very crowded but very quite and calm at night time. The breakfast area is the best experience ever , relaxing spacious with glass sun roof . Good vriety of food.
Cons: The room was too far from the lobby. The room was too small . The view was facing the dark roofs of the buildings in the back. The receptionist were very formal .The smiles were too fake and too conservative. Not as genuine or as generous as it should be. Very politically and politely discriminative. The area can be very crowded in the afrernoon and the evenings. Not good for conservative families. The area is very flat with no overlooks or distance views. Can get very rainy and very cold suddenly. Too many bicyclists, can get hit and run over easily.

Cons: The housekeeping cleans the rooms every two days. They only clean your room everyday if you leave the door sign to have your room service. The beds are not comfortables and the pillow too softs. Every morning I had backache. The bathroom door had rust which made a horrible sound everytime one opened it or closed it.

Pros: My niece and I stayed in a twin room (room 2014) from 4-8 Sep. It was very quiet. Good size. Free crisps/nuts/tea/coffee/water (when they were replenished!). The staff on the reception desk, concierge and breakfast staff were all very polite, friendly and efficient. The breakfast had an excellent choice. The beds were very comfy but the pillows were "memory" and a bit too big. The bathroom was very nice with good toiletries.

Cons: I am sorry to say the chamber maid(s) did not do a good job. The room was quite dirty during our entire stay - carpet covered in crumbs. Side tables covered in stains and dust. They never cleaned the cups - just left them sitting on the side with the teabag still in them! Also, they never replenished the complimentary items, we had to keep asking. Also one day they only made the beds and did not even touch the bathroom - they didn't replace the towels or clean the sink. Even when we informed reception they only replenished the free items. This is unacceptable for what is classed as a 5-star on the wesite. Personally, I would barely give it 4-stars. Especially bad is the fact there is no mirror whatsoever in the bedroom, but only in the bathroom. The room only had very shallow drawers so there was no where to store clothes/underwear. We were disappointed with the room.

Cons: The room is sometimes only cleaned much later on in the day (one of our days at 7pm) unless you put the make up the room sign on. Also they told us it would be easy to walk from the train station on arrival to hotel however if you have heavy luggage or a lot of luggage dont do this - it was actually quite a distance to walk if carrying heavy luggage

I have already paid for the room in advance. The shocking thing is how small the room was. Extremely not worth the money you pay. I then complained about that and they said the only option is to upgrade the room where I had to pay around 50 EUR additional per night.

Pros: Hotel and staff were excellent, very accomodating and friendly. Room and location were also very good and within walking distance of everything we needed! facilities in the room were brilliant, the walk in shower was especially good.
Cons: The maid service on our last day was below what we expected, dirty towles were taken but no clean ones were replaced, none of our bins were emptied, despite them being full. The sides or shower werent cleaned or wiped over, and dirty cups were left on the side as well as our tea bags not being replaced.

Also I lost my key once and asked for replacement I was granted one without checking my ID to ensure I was the actual guest of the room. We couldn't find a cap on check out and when we asked the frond desk they said they asked housekeeping and couldn't find it. The front desk lady was very not interested in the matter and had very monotonous voice saying yeah we don't know anything about a cap.

Cons: I prefer a smaller setting, more intimate, but the location was our goal, and achieved it. We had stayed the prior week in the Jordaan area, which is more of a neighborhood vibe and IS small. However, it would have been more laborious to take our train and bus trips from that area. Inntel treated us well though.

When we gave him our key (European hotels often have you give your key back when leaving for a bit) he said he was surprised that the check-in staff had given us such a small room. He offered us a room change which we gladly accepted. The moral of this story is that the hotel offers excellent, friendly customer service. Additionally the hotel offers a decent breakfast and is in an excellent location within easy walking distance to numerous sites, restaurants and metro and tram stops. You can walk 1/2 km to/from the train station..just be aware that the last few hundred meters to the hotel will be on cobblestones. He train is cheap..about 8 euro per person in first class. Compare this to an”special” taxi rate of 45 euro! I am sure we’ll be back to the Rho.

Room was small, but cosy and clean, equiped with very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were even given an interesting story why there's no elevator in the hotel :) Would definitely recommend!

Pros: I was on the first floor, so that was perfect since there’s no elevator. I was in the secondary building. Room was clean, the fan the property provides is enough to cool off if you’re not on the hot side of the building.
Cons: A little bit more cleaning would be better considering the price, but the bed was perfect and the bathroom too.

Cons: The breakfast was good but since we were there for 6 days we were tired of having the same breakfast every day. There was absolutely no variation. We got waffles on the 1st day and then no waffles for the remaining 5 days even after requesting front desk for them. However, this is not a deal-breaker. Also, a little tiring walk for us to the main train station as we had 3 big suitcases and 3 strollers. If you have smaller luggage the walk is fine.

Cons: Staff rude and not welcoming. Did not even bother to offer an alternative when i said my room was too big i did not book a room with three single beds, i wanted one double. Staff member completly shut my request down without even trying to come up with an alternative or think for that matter. My room was in the basement which was not clairfied on my booking. The basement had a bad smell, however luckliy the smell did not get into the room.

Cons: We arrive at the hotel after paying for a twin room to only be told there was no rooms available as it was fully booked and two 21year old males had to share a double bed. The room was unclean with a broken shower head. Hotel staff were unorganised; I put a deposit down on a plug converter which I was then told there’s nothing to show I’ve left a deposit. The manager doesn’t work weekends and nothing can be resolved without a manger which isn’t good for a weekend party. Yet to hear back from the email I sent.
