Hotel is stunning art deco.the pool etc was amazing.the mini bar was free and full both days.other freebies dotted around.big deep bath,shower.love the high rooms.endless likes

Firstly, the girls in reception was very nice and sweet for the check in. We lived for two days, before we check out, my friends was taking the shower, meanwhile the water STOPS, I come to ask a manager maybe, he’s attitude was sooooo terrible, in the whole conversation, nothing to apologize for “no water”, and blame me, why I don’t know they will turn off the water between 11:00 to 15:00, but why should I know? No one tell us and no one give us a note in the rooms. And the windows curtain was also bad, we can’t control it and we can’t open it, we spend so money money and upgrade our rooms near the river, we want to see it, but we can’t, because curtains can’t r opened. The waiter tell us they will repair, no one repairs it! I really don’t know how did this hotel get 5 stars with this services and attitude.
When we leave the hotel, no one ask for the parking fees, I come back to pay for the 130 Euro for parking, why I need to help you to get the money from myself???? And a little bit too expensive for the parking car.

Lack of care in the spa area. Towels and used watee cups not removed. Staff sparse. Unsure which beds were free. Only 4 of us in spa so most beds blocked by used towels etc.
