Front desk staff were amazing. We had a serious issue (our problem, not hotels) which they helped resolve in a professional, compassionate manner. Great job.
The reading lights could not be turned off - three staff tried. maintenance never came, even though we requested. Same issue with curtains, maintenance did not come.

Well presented room and fairly central location. The burger bar attached had very good food but the service is poor. The design of the hotel is very stylish and they included flower displays to reflect the nearby market.
Although the room was quiet, as requested, there was an occasional smell of drains, also each time the room was cleaned many things were missed - cups and glasses not cleaned/replaced, towels given with stains on them, requested an iron which was leaking profusely. It gave the impression of lack of care.

Great location and easy to get to on the tram from the main station. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel so getting to other attractions was very quick and easy. Lovely and quiet rooms. Some noise can be heard from the busy street but not enough to interrupt sleep etc
There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel, we would definitely stay here again.

The construction on the road front the hotel. Housekeeping not clean the room everybday, pets allowed and no 24/7 room dining!!

NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market is set in a traditional Amsterdam building, originally constructed in 1926 for the Olympic Games. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and finished with traditional décor. Each one is soundproof and features new mattresses and hairdryers, satellite TVs and free Wi-Fi. Rooms on the top 3 floors have balconies and overlook the lively Munt Square and Munttoren (Mint Tower). Some connecting rooms are available. A freshly prepared breakfast spread is served daily, including fresh juices and coffees, and Ter Marsch & Co Amsterdam on the ground floor serve burgers daily from 11.00 am. There's also a gym onsite to help you stay in shape.
