Location is good
Good location in the train station.
Heavily priced and filled with few worst unprofessional staff like Ms. Shirley in the receptiom
Cheapest offer I could find in the city centre, was good
Location Friendly/helpful staff Clean Comfortable bed Decent shower
Had to take two lifts to get to our room
Overpriced and loud
The location is ideal for a stop overnight waiting for train connections
The room was nothing like the pictures, very small and out dated decor. Right next to the unsurprisingly very noisy train station and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on next door. €6 for a bottle of water is nearly the same as an Ibiza nightclub.
Central and Good Value
Great staff. Value for money. Friendly. Central.
The room temperature was on the warm side.
Convenient, small - ok for short stay
Location is great - right on the train station in the middle of the central area.
Small room, lacklustre aircon .
Good location, but not kept clean
The hotel is right by the train station and close to the places where tours start.
The room was dirty in the corners and the shower was a bit grimy in spots. Neither our room nor that of the other couple we were traveling with was cleaned or towels replaced during our two night stay.
Great location and staff
The staff was helpful with regards to local attractions. Located next door to the central train terminal, it was perfect for my stop through Amsterdam on my way to the UK from Germany. It was a little pricey for the amenities, but overall a good experience.
It was close to everything in town for vacation. We traveled by train to Amsterdam and having the hotel next to train station made travel easy
The price was high for what you got in a room that size.
Very spartin, a bed, lamp, chair, and a small space for your lap top. No amenities of any kind. Liquid soap for both the vanity and shower. No kleenex or ice bucket.
The facility of early and/or late breakfast; luggage drop-off; friendly and wellspoken reception; spacious breakfast facility.
The check inn can be time consuming. This is very unpleasant after a long flight.
Heating system is working loudly and the staff is impolite!!! Price is too high for this hotel.
The location is excellent and very convenient for tourism
two elevators to reach my room
My room location at 9th floor with nice view. Hotel location at city center
Room service did not compansate what we used in the room for ex: soap, shower caps, disposal cups
The location. Staff always at the front desk. Selection of snack for a late night munch!!
Rooms are very basic, not very spacious.
Friendly helpful staff
Unable to get an evening meal at the time I stayed.
Lack of Coffee making facilities in room
view on the street
Excellent location 2 minutes from the train station, clean, and cheerful
easier to transfer
