Pros (+) The bed was good. The room was quiet. The location is good. The manager of the business center (Hildegard) was very helpful.
Cons (-) I am lifetime Platinum and stayed three nights (paying cash). The front desk gave me a very small basic room. It was very uncomfortable. There was only one drawer for clothing. The closet was tiny. There was no desk (but they brought up a temporary desk at my request, and apparently a lot of guests request them.).
