Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everyone in the front desk is awesome. I stay there everytime I'm in Amsterdam and I highly recommend this hotel. When interacting with the staff it feels more like talking to a friend than boring hotel staff. The rooms are amazing and the honesty bar is the best invention ever.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The rooms were great, really comfortable and clean and with good facilities. They were quiet and the beds were cozy too. The staff were great too and the option to rent a great city bike (even with a place to put my phone for the GPS) was awesome. They were really friendly too.
Cons: Only the wearing of masks indoors - even if the Dutch government doesn't require it, since many guests are international and this can really help out - particularly when people may be at high risk (as I am).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, staff, the room was super big and convenient.
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet, super convenient location. Very clean, and professional services. Will definitely go back!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: our 4th time staying at this hotel, which suits us especially as our daughter and family live close by but their flat is too small to accommodate us. The rooms have a small kitchenette which allows us to buy and store breakfast needs from the local supermarket, The rooms are large, beds comfortable, bathroom and walk in shower all modern, staff v friendly. The neighbourhood is attractively developing with bars cafes restaurants etc and the main city centre attractions are only a short tram ride away.
Cons: Nothing ! even the weather behaved itself.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Cosy place in a very good location, as airport as well as downtown is easy to reach.
Cons: Thé breakfast is not recommendable as exactly the same stuff every single day.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room is spacious and very clean, with large bathroom and complete very clean kitchenette. The staff is very nice and the bar downstairs is very warm
Cons: The room is hard to darken, so light seeps in very early in the morning (this is the case for many many hotels) The duvet is very thick and a bit too hot (but this is personal)

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very big
Cons: No parking
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast is simply awesome! One of the best I ever had. The room we got was big and the bed really comfortable. We had an actual espresso machine in the room and that made the experience even better.
Cons: The shower was weak as in, the stream of water was not strong and showering was a bit uncomfortable. It was probably a small issue and I believe other rooms don't have the same problem.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff, very helpful and professional... Always with a smile!
Excellent 10.0
I came to amsterdam for surgery. I have never been treated so wonderfully by every member of staff in a hotel before. They really made a difficult trip much easier. You have the best staff ever! Thank you
Excellent 8.5
I feel welcome and special. Yes it is a great property, rooms are spacious, breakfast is good, but overall the staff work hard to keep the property look like new and go extra mile to make guest feel awesome. Things can go wrong as we live in real world but how quickly staff and manager react to make it better is what matters and this place scores high on that. Well done and thanks to Mr. Dax. I forget the other supervisor who spoke to me personally but he was good too. The distance of this hotel is little out, but in Amsterdam good n tranquil place matters to me a lot.
Excellent 8.5
Rooms nice and clean, hotel really nice ambient inside. Ladies on reception desk really really great. Train station is near by. Only why I score 4 is due to reason that is far from city centar. This hotel is good value for money and on our way back to Amsterdam we will book same hotel. Also for example if you run out of cigarettes and ask reception for box of cigarettes they don’t provide they just advise to go buy by your self. This small examples will provide better service to hotel if they try to bring to quest what he looks for and charge extra for service. This is just example on cigarettes but many examples can be on same way presented. This hotel was perfect location as short walk to the train station and one stop on the train (5 minutes train journey) we were at the Arena. Also only one stop from Schiphol Airport. The room was clean and one of the best we have stayed in. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: You will like everything about this hotel from the time you enter. A bit far from the city centre but not too far either. It takes around half an hour to reach the centre from hotel. But you will not mind it because of the comfort this hotel provides you.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great transit connections, literally from the doorstep
Cons: All good!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel is new and very clean. Coffee machine in the room is good!
Cons: Staff doesn't like to explain you much about how to get public transportation and all. Distance to city center is a bit too far (around 15 mins tram)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good parking locations near hotel. Electric charging station nearby.
Cons: The neighborhood is not the best.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Only the beds
Cons: - no atmosphere in the hotel - very dark - still Christmas balls in the reception area in September, seriously? - no restaurant, no bar - very poor breakfast: poor Bread, no bacon nor scrambled eggs, croissants tasted like cartboard - hard boiled eggs were soft boiled Through 3 persons on duty in the breakfast area for doing what? Could spend that cost on other guest facilities - reception staff with poor knowledge of area (they had to look up Amstelveen on their smartphone as they never heard about it while there is a big exhibition of Frida Kahlo - furniture is showing warned out overusing traces In short: vergane glorie.(Dutch expression)
Excellent 9.2
Very good location ,nice colourfoul rooms.
Excellent 8.0
it takes a quite long ride from the central station
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The corner room had an excellent view and the hotel was next to a tram stop so travel was very easy.
Cons: The bathroom lights were on a timer. While you were showering the room would suddenly go pitch black. You would have to get out and wave at the sensor. There was no way to change the length or override the timer. I requested and got a room change.
Excellent 10.0
For a 4-star hotel in Amsterdam, I think this is the best I’ve ever stayed in. Hotel had first-class amenities and a secured parking space for the guests. Location is far from the city center, but the tram stop was beside it made it easier to go around the area. A pharmacy and supermarket are nearby if you need anything from there. Room was modern and stylish. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was immaculately clean. The room was also equipped with a smart TV, perfect for a millennial like me. Plus points for the in-house safe, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board in my room. The continental breakfasts were plentiful. The coffee and fresh fruit juices were to die for! Wi-Fi connection is reliable and fast. There is nothing to complain about. This would be the perfect place for a relaxing break in Amsterdam.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was really nice and comfortable, very beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and patient
Excellent 10.0
Initial introductions of the inn were astonishing, snappy check in and straight to our room which was redesigned for nothing out of pocket to a Queen estimate room. The incredible size of a bed which investigated the city. En-suite washroom with a stroll in the shower and free toiletries which was an extraordinary astonishment. Nespresso Coffee machine-accessible and free best ups every day, with jugs of water. The inn is in an extraordinary area as the number 2 cable car is accessible at regular intervals from the primary passage of the inn towards Amsterdam Central. It takes approximately 25-30 minutes anyway we halted off at each stop to investigate and tour. Generally, the lodging was extraordinary and we would prescribe to every one of our loved ones. Look at is 12 pm which is incredible and effectively looks at utilizing the PCs apportioned in the gathering which is extraordinary for briskness.
Excellent 10.0
The hotel is located just outside the center in an uninspiring environment. Not important to us. With line 2 you are in the center. Modern and new interior. Reception very uninterested and not customer oriented. Checking out was the same way. Room quite small but sufficient for a night. Bed good quality, bathroom neat, adjacent parking well organized. All in all, fun for once. Pleasant quiet hotel, fantastically accessible with tram 2 in front of the door.. Very recommended visiting the city. Beautiful, neat comfort rooms ensure a good night's sleep. Nothing to complain. I will definitely go back. Keep it up.
Excellent 10.0
Really lovely hotel! The rooms are a good size which made for a comfortable stay. There’s a coffee machine which you can use to make tea too. There’s a fridge which was great for keeping our packed lunches cool and any other ingredients we bought (mainly chocolate!) The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided us with extra tea and tin foil to wrap our sandwiches in. The hotel is a 10-second walk away from the tram stop which is about 20-30 minutes from the center and a great location for many attractions, e.g. Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Moco Museum, Anne Frank House and many more! Would 100% recommend this hotel! Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving the guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 8.5
This is a very respectable hotel. It was very clean with very good breakfast which is recommended due to the location of this hotel. It was about a 25-minute tram ride to the city center. The tram stops right in front of the hotel which was great which makes this hotel a worthwhile alternative. The WiFi was slow during our visit. A good WiFi is essential for travelers to get information and communicate with people. We were centrally located in the hotel near its center so reception should not have been an issue. Besides that, we had an awesome and memorable staycation.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The proximity to the city was great. Not too touristy, not too far away. Very close to the Museumplein, which was what my boyfriend and I really wanted to visit. The beautiful Rembrandtpark was right down the block. Super close to the airport as well.
Cons: The dinner wasn't great for what it cost, but it wouldn't deter me from staying again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good neighborhood with tram stop in front, parking at 15 Euro for 24 hrs in attached parking garage. Room and bathroom spacious, well decorated, and very clean. Lobby has computers and staff helpful. Fresh fruit in lobby. Tram & tour tickets at hotel.
Cons: Restaurant breakfast was very good and fair price. Dinner menu a bit high and limited in vegetarian options.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable room and excellent service
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Stylish, modern hotel in a nice area of Amsterdam. Internet access, with printer available, to print boarding passes a nice touch.
Cons: Looking forward to the Wales v Ire rugby, TV kept cutting out reporting 'scrambled programme'. Apparently this was a known fault. It happened across many channels, not just BBC. Extremely frustrating and not expected from such a pricey hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Tram stop outside. Ease of booking in and out
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Three adults, including myself, stayed here a day before and after a cruise. The hotel was a great price and offered three single beds and a very large bathroom. Being from the U.S. with limited public transportation where I live, I did not realize that the tram is different than the train. We thought we could take the tram to and from the airport and port, but you need to take a taxi, so that was a little disappointing. The tram is an excellent way to get downtown, though. You pay right on the tram, 7.50 Euros for 24 hours. The staff was extremely helpful in giving directions regarding navigating the city and helping answer a variety of questions. They even ordered taxi pick up for us.
Cons: No cotton washcloths No alcohol on the premises Small refrigerator No ice? Limited dining in the area Must take a taxi to/from airport or port, the train is too far to walk with luggage The price the hotel quoted us for the taxi was incorrect. The taxi companies charged more.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: great location very nice staff I will definetely come back
Cons: it took a while to get my room clean; once I had to ask reception, it was 16:30… the kitchen utensils were not enough, some useful items were missing. I found a forgotten t-shirt inside the wardrobe (under the TV, room 507) and the eggs, not included at breakfast, charged 2,50€ was not a nice surprise…
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was beautiful, bed - super comfy, proper desk space to work at, black out curtains, gorgeous bathroom (rain shower) great kitchen - fully equipped and functional. In difference to many hotels I've been staying at, they clean it daily and look after you. Laundry facilities you can use on site (paid / reasonable), small gym with machines and weights (24 hour), breakfast included and some open areas to lounge, work or chill. I don't drink coffee but many people loved the free offering on the first floor. I felt very welcome and at home. The staff were friendly, informed and helpful. Its convenient to transport (Zuid / South train station, 7 min walk from hotel to station which makes it accessible to the airport, a 10 min trip and day trips - Delft about 40 mins, Amsterdam central approx. 25 min). It's connected to a nice shopping centre - modern with coffee shops, supermarket, speciality stores and I got my haircut 1 min walk from the door (totally worth it). There are nice restaurants and takeaway food options close by, and its a green leafy area.
Cons: I wasn't staying longer.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was very modern, and I absolutely loved the stovetop/dishwasher/mini fridge in the room! The best thing, though, is that it is adjacent to (practically in) a shopping mall that had a sizeable grocery store. All of this made it really easy and affordable to cook food ourselves instead of going out. Absolutely would stay here again if I ever visit Amsterdam again. They also have bikes you can rent for pretty cheap (comparatively speaking), so that's convenient!
Cons: The room itself was a bit smaller than I expected, but was still plenty big and was clean and comfy.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was modern, new and good atmosphere. I loved the decor. It is located by miles and miles of beautiful parks and shopping. It was a very dog friendly place. Wonderful places to walk. I liked the kitchenette and it was equipped with what I needed mostly. Grocery store is downstairs in the mall. The staff was helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my time there.
Cons: I did not like that the cleaning staff didn’t wear masks so I declined having my room cleaned and I was there for many days and did my own cleaning, which took away from the treat myself experience. I should have asked for a deal on my bill but didn’t. The laundry was expensive and the dryers didn’t work well and my clothes were still wet. The bed was too firm for me and I prefer softer but the bedding and soft pillows helped.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: helpful staff.. lovely decor .. nice breakfast
Cons: bin bags
Excellent 8.5
a quiet place with supermarkets; not super convenient though (a 10-15 mins walk from the station). Will definitely stay in this hotel again!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: everything is clean and modern.
Cons: worst toilet design ever. ultramodern but smells like a latrine.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent restaurant
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We stayed overnight to catch a flight early in the morning. Check-in / check-out was convenient and the staff member was professional. The room itself had a great view of the atrium and was very clean. Overall a great stay, albeit very short so I cannot comment how it would be for a multi-day stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Naar the airport
Cons: The price of dranks much too high
Good 7.0
Pros: very old
Cons: the room was small and old
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very convenient when you have a night between flights or early flight. Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean
Excellent 8.8
Great hotel, very clean and the breakfast is very good. Nice staff and very helpful. If you want to relax before you fly i would recommended you this hotel. Check out within 2 minutes and invoice in your e-mail. I will be back for sure
Excellent 10.0
The Hilton Amsterdam hotel is a very nice hotel, slightly outside the center of the city. With public transport it is easily accessible, only a few minutes walk from the tram stop. We were received in a very pleasant customer-friendly way and were able to leave the room early. The room was nice and clean. We had room 219, overlooking the canals. A nice big widescreen TV, unfortunately without Teletext. You can only go to the ground floor via the lift, with a pass, so no unauthorized people on the floors. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and very friendly and good staff. In the room was only one chair at the table, another chair is at the desk so you can not sit together as cozy. Furthermore, it is all fine! Continue giving the guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable room in a very modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 10 minutes walk to Main Hall.
Cons: As a vegetarian, the food was mediocre. Enjoyed menu though with 3 kinds of food that could be combined however you like it.
Excellent 8.5
This is a nice place to spend the night before travelling out of Amsterdam. The hotel is fairly new and a big upgrade over the previous Hilton hotel at this location. Access is convenient to the rental car return area, and is attached to the airport facilities. Check in was pleasant with no issues. My room faced the airport, and was quiet and comfortable. My only issue was with room service, which was a challenge. You must access the room service menu through the TV, which was difficult given that the remote control wasn't fully functional. I called room service 3 times, with no answer. When I called the restaurant and asked to order room service, I was told I needed to call room service for that. I explained they didn't answer so she reluctantly took my order. 45 minutes later my semi-warm cheeseburger showed up.
Excellent 8.5
Fabulous hotel and staff with nothing being too much trouble. Very comfortable room and helpful concierge who made us feel so welcome. Location ideal to reach all the attractions by the marvellous tram system. Marvellous breakfast! The next morning we chose to have breakfast at Roberto's, in comparison to the lounge there is a LOT more to choose from. Breakfast was great and once again the staff was really helpful. All in all I would higly recommend this Hilton for a perfect city getaway.
Good 7.7
Pros: Location was great , the lounge is amazing , greT view , awesome shower
Cons: Terrible internet !! We got the room on executive level , got there at 10 PM and were told that it was already closed and would not reopen until after I flight would leave the next day
Excellent 8.0
Pros: You need a hotel at AMS, you got it. It's comfortable and well furnished and featured.
Cons: Someone prior to me opened a coke bottle from the mini-fridge and then put it back. Hotel still charged me for it -- assuming due to sensors. The long hallway from the airport concorse to the actual hotel was a bit far, but that was minor.
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked the blue lights at night and the cool windows.
Cons: It was really nice, but my room was really cold. That was a surprise. Maybe that is just the way people like it in Amsterdam, but from the U.S., I am used to being able to turn up the heater much higher. I even moved to another room and it didn't work.
Good 7.0
Pros: Easy 10 minute walk to the airport, all inside.
Cons: Very weak breakfast buffet, very average but still 16 EUR. Telephone in room with Operator button did not ring the front desk and nobody answered. Unless you knew and dialed the extension of the front desk (5000) you could not get through.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convenient and comfortable. Also, felt safe.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was thrilled at the convenience of walking to and from the airport! Front desk receptionists were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and return when I'm back in Holland.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Bathroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is a mere 10 minutes stroll from the main terminal. The included breakfast was excellent. The room was larger than expected (By European standards). Everything was super clean and plenty of amenities. I highly recommend.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Location, cleanliness and the man that drove the van to the airport was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful.
Cons: I wasn't able to get the room temperature down as low as I would have liked using the room thermostat in room 330. It was too hot in my room.

Pros: Friendly staff. Close to tram line to center of Amsterdam,
Cons: No mustard or sauces available for breakfast. Glass door on bathroom - would rather more privacy. SkkyBar disappointing - no great views and Calvados served in a Whisky glass!
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 9.0
Cons: Bathrom transparent glass, from room you can see in bathrom, WC separat from bathrom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. SO helpful, friendly, thoughtful, resilient, approachable and funny!! The room was excellent, the breakfast (and Skyy) perfect, the pool was a dream come true and the hotel management of the complexities of COVID was very good. Location is great for walking, access to good neighborhoods and Uber use.
Cons: The gym could use an update.
Good 6.8
Hotel’s Good: Very clean and very helpful and kind man server at restaurant! Skky bar’s bartender is fun ppl. Supervisor of reception was helpful as well. Base swimming pool was great. Hotel’s Bad: Receptionist tried to charge us Room service which we never had!! The most worst thing is FAKE FIRE ALARM rang loudly AFTER MIDNIGHT!!!Ridiculous. Hotel’s main door is on the corner not front. No refrigerator and few amenities in room. I don’t nt wanna compare this hotel service to Japanese hotel services...but if I compare, this hotel service cannot even reach to 4star...probably 3 star for sure.
Excellent 10.0
The rooms are spacious and bright, the bed is big and the bedding is very comfortable! The staff is rather very welcoming. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms are very well soundproofed. Breakfast is certainly not cheap, but plenty of choice and fresh produce. The dining room is nice and spacious. Excellent and very varied breakfast. The hotel is very beautiful and the materials / finishes are of good quality. The staff is welcoming and attentive. We were able to leave our luggage on hold at the reception. The bathroom was top.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: 5 star accommodations, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
We had a pleasant room. The bathroom looks renovated, still can be improved though it was clean and had enough bath supplies. I think the towels need to be replaced, with much bigger ones perhaps. The furniture was a bit old, some had chipped paint, appliances also need to be modernized, like a better fridge and TV is recommended. I wasn’t able to see the gym, but having a gym is a plus for me and the pool was nice. The bar was ok but did not have an outstanding view. The staff was pretty helpful, they would go an extra mile to help you, they even suggested which restaurants and coffee shops we go to.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Good rooms and location
Cons: Minibar wasn’t working
Excellent 10.0
The rooms are very spacious with a large bed. The pillows on the bed look big, but I found them very soft which was not for me. The bathroom was of a good size, but the strange thing for me is that the door is all glass as is the shower cubicle so when sitting on the bed I could see my wife showering which I thought was strange. You have tea and coffee facilities and are told you can get refills. I tried this on the second night and was told they would bring them to my room. I waited an hour then called down to be told that room service finished at 11pm. We chose to pay 15 euros pp for breakfast and found this to be good value the selection was great and I tried to eat my amount every day. The hotel is out of the center, but we had no issues. To get to the hotel from the airport, take the train and get off at the first stop. Would have no issues with recommending this hotel. Lastly, we were able to leave our suitcase at the hotel for the last day and they give you a ticket and lock it away so it was safe. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving the guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room position near the skybar was beautiful. The view too.
Cons: Nothing to highlight

Excellent 9.0
Pros: good location. room was clean, cozy and spacious. breakfast included. friendly stuff.
Cons: no fridge in the room. pricy for what you get. breakfast was not that good (burned croissants and not warm options). hand soap and shower gel in a squeeze bottle. not very hygienic. using the toilet and then having to squeeze it to use it. plus shower gel was finished and figured that out I lt once I was under the shower.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Small hotel, very friendly and helpful staff at all the times
Good 6.0
Pros: People on the reception and personal was really nice and kind.
Cons: Room was not so clean many dust and hair on bathroom. Breakfast we can chose different time but nobody check voucher. We were so many people in breakfast. There were not empty table. I don't understand why when we have to choose time. For rest everything was super nice.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location is good, easy to get to by public transportation from the aiport, some 30 minutes and you are there. The hotel is good, easy to be found, clean, i would say, i may return back for another stay. The breakfast was of my concern. Very limited choice of food, i have had 2 breakfasts there, coffee is bad, eggs, i guess, 2 types of salami, cheese and buns. Fruit salad was untasty. The guests were suggested several time slots for breakfast, on the other day upon arrival to the eating area, we had to eat in front of the reception desk on a small table, very uncomfy and awkward, as there were many people and no tables, no space available. I think, it should be considered by the hotel, too.
Cons: Breakfast

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was very nice. Interesting concept of cities. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: No sink in the bathroom. TV was broken.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: All hotel areas are clean and cozy. The receptionists are friendly. Free parking is available in nearby parking house.
Cons: The rooms are designed in modern style at the first glance. However, the room is in fact very inconvenient while you stay there. There is no ventilation in the toilet and shower. The doors between the room and the toilet do not close fully. So the toilet does not provide a private place. The lights next to the bed can not be used for reading. There is no space to place clothes. The breakfast buffet is limited and all the time the same.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Property is located next to the tram station (17) which goes to Amsterdam Centraal station within 25 minutes. Rooms are so clean and calm. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a perfect experience visiting Amsterdam :)
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice room, friendly stuff and good location
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very nice welcome, the team is very much available and nice. The decoration is original. Calm area. Breakfast.
Cons: No surface to let stuff like keys, papers… not a shelf, not a nightstand. If you want to write something, you’re as good as in a bus, no table. The safe is free to move inside the cabinet, you can just take it with you = it’s not a safe.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Small but comfy with a big bed and a clean modern bathroom
Cons: The sink was outside the bathroom and it was a little dusty
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location Staff Cleanliness Breakfast Character
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice, clean, modern. Great price.
Cons: Nothing.

Okay 4.7
I made a reservation for a double separated bedroom and when i reached i found that its one big bed but unfortunately i found that the room is the bed it reaches from wall to wall , u will be stuck in the room , the overall experience of the hotel is not good at all
Good 6.8
overall was good but i did not loke that the hotel is far away from tue center . also the room size was tooooooo small everything else was great
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great location connected to everything with public transportation. Staff was very knowledgeable and did help with information
Cons: The rooms were cold and the heat didn't rise getting out of the showers in the am was the worst other than that not bad

Good 6.0
Pros: SPA facilities and hotel rooms but for the spa you need to know that you are only allowed if naked
Cons: Reception: unfriendly staff who could not tell me in advanced that I needed to go naked everywhere in the spa. Therefore I got kicked out once in the pool as I was wearing a bikini. Knowing that, I would not have paid to stay in this hotel on Saturday night. Every hotel I have been in Europe has a policy of going naked either one day a week, or a weekend in a while. In this hotel the norm is to go round in the spa naked every weekend and on Monday and Friday. So please Booking.com : could you put this important information in big letter at the beginning of this hotel’s description ? I hate wasting money and frankly I don’t have time to read 3 paragraphs to find the ‘dressing code’ of the spa.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The spa and all the hotel is very beutiful and clean.
Cons: I understand rule that you can't take your phone with you to to the spa during no-swimsuite days but why I coulndt take phone when everyone had them is over my understanding. Also ladies at the reception could be more proclients. Breakfast was very poor. Location of the hotel is not very good if you want to see city center, but I knew it as I choose this hotel for the spa.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I love the facilities
Cons: I tried to arrange massages by writing them, which did not work. Then I called to do it and I thought it was done, however my booking never went through and the person I talked to denied that I had booked them with her by phone. No real follow up to find another suitable time the next day. Obviously miscommunication but for a world class spa I would expect world class service.
Good 6.8
Pros: The spa is large, has lots of different types of saunas and pools, and offers "guided" sessions in the saunas throughout the day.
Cons: The hotel room is OK, with just a standard quality bed (not a super comfort bed or linens). The shower is large, but otherwise nothing special in the bath area. Security is very tight into the gym and sauna areas and requires the front desk staff to issue a new wrist band each time you try to enter or exit the area beyond your room on the day you are checking out. You have to bring your own robe and slippers or have to rent them from the hotel. You also have to bring your own towels to the spa or bring them from your room.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: They rent bikes Big spacious room Close to metro & tram Station, quick & easy to reach city center
Cons: Not the best breakfast option
Good 6.0
Pros: Somehow good location and clean room. The price was also at a very good rate.
Cons: Looks like the policies they have needs to be a bit more customer friendly. I have not found a hotel charges extra almost 50% of the original price if you have a guest for one night aside from city tax. Renting a bike also not customer friendly. I ended up renting from the city because they have insurance policy if the bike got stolen or have some damage. While at the hotel you are responsible for almost anything that could happen.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Privat parking is included in price Very cozy room and nice and helpful personnel :)
Cons: We arrived when just the street was under construction so It was a little bit noisy in the morning but It´s not hotel´s fault I get It :)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The Hotel was close to the city by tram. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The free parking in the own parking house was great so no extra costs for that. The appartment was very good for our needs.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the bed was very big and comfortable, it didn't fall apart when we slept on it together. the bathroom was very clean and the shower had ample space for 2 people.
Cons: the curtains didn't completely block off the sunlight when we closed them. the tv didn't have anything more than ordinary tv stations, my recommendation would be to add chromecasts to all the rooms so you can stream your own movies and shows
Excellent 10.0
Pros: clean, neat and tidy. Location somewhat ok. Tram + Train station at 2minutes respectively 8 minutes of walking and 25 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal. We stayed one night only and we really had nothing to complain about. Recommend it.
Cons: ...
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff was super friendly and we really enjoyed the fact that we could park our car for free. A metro station is only 3 mins away from the hotel and it took us a short ride to the city. The area was also pretty quite.
Cons: Unfortunately people were smoking directly beneath our window so we couldn’t sleep with it open. Rooms are not really soundproof as well.

Pros: I especially liked the restaurant and bar. The staff there is great, they know how to make a guest feel at home.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Modern hotel and very clean and fresh rooms. excellent bed and accommodated our young son well . Check in very straight forward and self service which I liked
Cons: Slight muddle-up on selected room but staff sorted quickly . Hotel parking charges were unclear and wasn't aware of full cost and what it would be
Mediocre 2.0
The hotel advertised as 4 star but this hotel is below 2 stars . Service is terrible. Never would stay in this hotel again .
Excellent 10.0
Or have been treated with adequate care by Kelsey. And Donia
Good 6.4
Convenient hotel if you fly the next day to wherever. It is a pure "1-night stand" hotel in my opinion.
Excellent 10.0
Had our first visit to Amsterdam and stayed here. After a tricky journey, the hotel staff was so kind and efficient with our late arrival. The 24-hour snack bar is so good with its pizzas, toasties, cookies etc. Rooms really clean and very solid and spacious. Few hundred meters walk to tram-lines, bur routes, and metro, so very convenient to get into the center. We were all very happy with the trip and the stay, and would strongly recommend. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving the guest the great service that you provide.

Nice staff and very good position
Excellent 8.0
Staff were amazingly friendly. Allowed me to pre-arrange an early check-in as I travelled many hours. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Breakfast was fantastic but a little pricey. Cons: Location is about 45 minutes by tram to city centre. No power adaptors provided in rooms and none held at Reception to even borrow/hire.
Good 6.4
Nice rooms, we had the perfect sleep ever. Breakfast was satisfying. The hotel is situated out of town so we had to walk 10 min to take the tram for 15 min to the city.
Excellent 8.4
Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean. Located approximately 3 miles out of the centre, but a 10 minute walk you are at a tram stop, which is then a 25 minute ride in. Would recommend and stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Very stylish lobby, rooms a bit boring but clean, breakfast was ok, the dinner in the restaurant was very delicious. Unfortunately, the bar always closes very early and there are no bars or restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly. The hotel looks very clean and the rooms are so nice, spacious and clean. The location is a bit far from the city center in Amsterdam but 1 km from the hotel there is a metro station. The breakfast I think for the selection too expensive because not so much was offered as usual in 4 star hotels. The staff was very friendly.
Excellent 10.0
When booking the hotel, I was told it was ten minutes from Dam Square this was a big mistake on the travel agents point and not the hotels. The hotel is big spacious with amazing decor. Our room was lovely very modern with a huge bed, which was very comfortable. The hotel does have a restaurant but not a great selection on offer, we decided to order from the room service menu, which was great and plenty off it. Breakfast was included in our rate, it consist of breads tea coffee's eggs bacon etc. which was an extra cost, mini bar is very expensive €16 for two can's of cola, I was shocked. Free internet WiFi was brilliant big plus. The reception team were helpful, with directions etc. Its about 20 mins on the tram which bring you right into the city, you can also buy the ticket at reception which was very hand, we also didn't mind traveling in and out as we were only there for two days. We had a great stay lovely and relaxing. We will be returning.

It is not a Mercure hotel, it is a Mercure Motel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff extra helpful & efficient, very comfortable rooms,
Cons: a bit out of town!
Okay 4.0
Pros: Dinner at the bar was Good.
Cons: Felt more like a 2 or a 3 Star. Not very helpful at reception.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: the room was great, every thing was clean, we had everything that we needed
Cons: the only problem was the location, if you have a car there is no problem, but if you want to use the bus it take about 30 min to get to the city center
Okay 5.0
Pros: Big and comfortable bed
Cons: Bad cleaning (even after reclamation), small space, waiting for someone to open the door of the hotel at night,… Not impressed at all
Excellent 8.8
Convenient hotel with free shuttle. Comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. We ate at the hotel with few expectations but found it all delicious!
Good 7.2
Advantage of near airport location. but may appear isolated, if that's what one want. It's not difficult to get downtown from here, however. Airport bus 397 gets you downtown.
Excellent 10.0
Me and my girlfriend went for a long weekend to Amsterdam and saw this hotel. When I was looking at the reviews, I saw a vast amount saying the location is bad and is far away from Central Amsterdam, but we still booked it thanks to a couple of reviews saying it was a very good location. I couldn't agree more. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the front doors of the hotel and the bus 397 is a 15 minute bus which takes you right outside the centre for €2.50 per person, which is so cheap. The only negative of this whole trip was you can only check in from 2pm onwards, which was annoying at the time as we got there at 11.30 in the morning. Also, there was a overbooking situation where they overbooked our room. However, they gave us another room which was practically the same and stocked our minibar full for free and gave us free parking if we drove, which we didn't. This was very nice of them. Overall, the room was very nice, the location was very good and the hotel treated us well.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Both close to the airport & to town. Right next to the gas station (if you are not wanting "hotel food" and prices) and are willing to have both sandwiches, rather than "meals". Be warned- the warm sandwiches stop in the early afternoon (around 1400).
Cons: Please have trained staff inspect bicycles before renting them. Had a bike with several seat issues that almost caused several major accidents on the way to town- before a stranger offered to fix.
Excellent 8.5
We had the studio overlooking the canal, with a large modern bathroom. Comfortable bed, clean nickel. Tasty dishes that make us want to stop in this restaurant. In addition, ours is quite reasonable for the proposed menu. Hotel with the typical charm of old Amsterdam, original decoration, bedding too soft for my taste, no minibar in the room. The room was clean and nothing more. The walls are thin and despite the small number of rooms the hotel is noisy. The breakfast was very good. Nice staff.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Breakfast was nice, comfortable, price was right.
Cons: A little off the beaten path. Took an effort to get the bus to Amsterdam center.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: I have to highlight one employee especially - receptionist guy Nick. He was absolutely awesome. Helpful, willing; nothing was a problem - and I really appreciate his positive attitude. Helped me alot. And the breakfast was awesome.
Cons: The hanging signs on the door handle would be nice, because when you don't want to be disturbed, there's no option how to show it than you'll actually speaks to the room service. But it's not even a critique tho' :)
Good 7.0
Cons: Wifi is not working There is no electronic hot pot
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room is tidy
Cons: Distance from Amsterdam central is mentioned in the website is about 4.5km, but actually it is more than 9 km
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was decent, the hotel and rooms are clean, sizeable room, good noise insulation
Cons: Bed mattresses are made of foam, way too soft, can not sleep well in such beds
Excellent 8.0
if you see the rediculous prices people charge for rooms or flats in amsterdam , this is a very convenient option with a 30 to 40 min walk to central station . rooms are fine with fridge and comf bed and not to small at all . stayed here for 2 weeks and would go back
Good 7.1
Pros: The room was well cleaned and was comfortable.
Cons: Noisy of the toilet of the first floor. Was cold, the a/c didn't work in the middle of the night and I didn't have extra blanket.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The bed was 10/10
Cons: It’s a mission to get to the centre
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Staff at arrival was great. Clean, satisfactory room
Cons: No elevator to 4th floor and promised help did nur arrive in the v morning. Very expensive shuttle, cut told how expensive previously
Good 7.4
Pros: Although this hotel is outside of the main part of town, and there isn't much to explore in the immediate neighborhood, the location is a 5 minute walk to the tram (#2) that will take you directly into the city—all the way to Amsterdam Centraal. Nice garden area in the front for smoking. Nice new bathroom. Comfortable mattress.
Cons: The common areas (hallways, etc) could use some love.

Pros: Friendly reception, rooms are clean and have all necessary utensils. Great free parking.

Okay 4.0

Good 6.0
Pros: Easy check in and check out
Cons: 2 twin beds instead of a real bed. No ac cant open windows. Room gets hot
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Free parking. Tram about 600 meters away went directly to Central station.
Cons: the internet connection in my first room at the end of the hall was very poor. They moved to another room where then appeared to be stronger. However when I got into the room did tonight was also weak. I think signal was weak and cannot penetrate the cement. If I wanted internet I stood by the door.
