Pros (+) The hotel has a trendy, designy look and staff seemed friendly enough. There's a neat garden in the back and a they have a cozy lounge with descent drinks.
Cons (-) I had high hopes for this property upon arrival, but overall was let down. I had the hotel dry clean three silk items, all of which were ruined. It took me over a week to get them to resolve it and in the end, they only paid out 75% of the replacement cost. We were put in a disabled accessible room located right by the elevator (despite not requesting an accessible room). It was loud, the accessib...
