Cons: My seat 57E could not be adjusted but half way through the flight was given another seat and managed to get some sleep. In our experience Air New Zealand is tops.

Cons: I was not able to travel. When I reached the airport, I was told that I needed a transit visa for my 1.5 hr stopover in Auckland.

Cons: First time travelling with the airline and wasn't aware of having to book things like food and entertainment. These things come standard with all other airlines I have flow with so was very surprised when finding out about it mid flight. Can't say I was very pleased but must say crew were very good

Pros: One of the best seating I have ever had. Compared to Emirates the seat was spacious.

Pros: New Zealand Air staff were friendly, informative and courteous throughout the entire flight! I was floored by their service and by what was offered. They even worked to arrange for people to move around (some were packed 4 to a row, but there was plenty of space throughout the craft).

Pros: The crew was fantastic. They were incredibly polite and accommodating. This was my first time flying for more than three hours (15 hours from Houston to Auckland) and it really could not have gone much better.

Cons: Always need a little more legroom in economy but it's a small sacrifice for getting an affordable flight.

Pros: Strong crew service is the highlight of flying Air New Zealand. Plane comfort is good, with nice ambient lighting, decent seats and reasonably spacious toilets. At least for now, they have in-seat entertainment screens with lots of current offerings. Our flight had free wi-fi, a real plus.

Cons: Boarding with Air New Zealand at Heathrow was complex and poorly organised when compared to the smooth and efficient process at LAX. This has been the case each time I have flown this same route with this airline.

Pros: Amazing crew! They handled a full flight with screaming indisciplined kids and clueless adults with grace. Entertainment was great as usual

Cons: Singapore food and drinks quality has deteriorated significantly. Flights are always packed with uncomfortable seating. These days you get amenities only if you ask.

Cons: I was on a nut free diet However they still gave me a ice cream covered in macadamia nuts. Nut free meals were also gluten, vegan etc so very bland

Cons: This time Singapore Airlines Staff seem to be not so helpful. Previously they were happy to help with smiling face and approachable immediately. This time in spite of asking for help in the cabin no one turned up even after multiple requests. I could only get help when someone one walks next to me.

Cons: This flight was close to perfect. Boarding process at the gate was a bit hectic, but manageable.
