The beautiful young lady flight attendant from Oklahoma was exceptionally nice to everyone sitting around me.
787 Dreamliner is very nice!
If there is an exit row seat available after the cabin door closes, the flight attendant should not have a problem when I request it. But, her answer was, you need to arrange that with the gate agent. Duh, the door is closed.
I am truly surprised how much better United is than American. I use to fly American and they canceled my town.
Travel in the time of plague. Love Dulles, tsa precisely is God.at least this time just overloaded bins, No lost luggage this trip ,
Price of ticket was good, but the in-flight experience for business class was lacking. Unlike business class on other airlines, there was no menu outlining the food and beverage options. Upon boarding, I was asked, "what would you like to drink?" I replied, "what do you have?" The flight attendant responded with, "what do you want?" If I had a menu, I would be able to see what was available. Additionally, usually when you board business class on other airlines, the crew has champagne or juice on hand to serve. The flight crew, while relatively nice, did not wake me up for breakfast, even though my do not disturb button was not on. Furthermore, in my prior experience, there is typically frequent food/beverage service for a long-haul flight of 12 hours. For this flight, besides the initial drink and warm nuts served at boarding, only dinner and breakfast was served for a 10+ hour flight. Overall, this flight felt like economy class with lay-flat seats.
Seats were uncomfortable even for Economy Plus. Boarding also took way too long due to the fight for overhead bin space.
This flight was rather rough because of weather conditions! But the flight got us to Tulsa safely!
This flight took off a bit late but was comfortable. The onboard service was excellent!
Wish i would have flown United all the way.
The service on United was great and the seats in first class were great they even turn into beds
5+ hour mechanical delay, no compensation or apology. Finally got on a different flight standby. Man was vaping on plane before departure. He was reprimanded twice but was incoherent and they kept him on the plane passed out in the emergency exit row. Not a safe decision.
Very large person next to me causing an uncomfortable crowded condition.
Flight was smooth from Check in to land in sfo Worth if
Great new 737 MAX 8. Comfortable seats in First Class and great entertainment system. Crew was professional and courteous.
We were delayed 30 minutes because they didn’t have enough chicken dinners for first class. 🤔 The flight attendant had the loudest, most obnoxious voice. It was painful.
Boarding was done extremely poorly. Landed in Newark only to find out that a plane still loading in baggage was occupying our gate. Creating another ridiculous delay when there are many gates I’m sure we’re available since they have the entirety of terminal C. No excuses united.
Both flights were perfectly on time, orderly boarding
One of the other passengers accidentally brought some toilet paper back from the toilet on their shoe, they kicked it off in the aisle and the cabin crew left it there. I was paralysed with fear that it would touch my belongings and I might catch dysentery or tuberculosis.
I did not like that when I booked our flights I wasn't allowed to select our seats, and United subsequently assigned separated seats to my wife and me on all 4 flights of our outgoing and return trips. Only on our flight from Portland to Chicago and just before boarding, after we had voluntarily checked our carry-on bags, did United revise the seat assignments so we could be next to each other.
Multiple gate changes and delays, will try to avoid Newark in the future.
9 hour flight and breakfast is a yoghurt and a biscuit? Hold luggage added $70 each way. Reserved seats added hundreds more - they can’t guarantee families, even with children, can sit together if you don’t cough up. Entertainment system not working, attendant not bothered. Eventually offered money off next time we fly United - no thanks. A dismal experience.
Monitor did not work at all.
Seats are small although a big plane.
It’s a hopper.
No inflight entertainment for 4 hour flight. The United entertainment system is often broken. Please fix this recurring problem!!
Too slow to board, were not willing to do anything for missed flight due to lineups at immigration.
On board United Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x35x22cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the United Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
