Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

On board TV/Movie has new coming features such as HBO's Game of The Thorne, season 7. It was a comfortable and pleasant journey with the team of AC 018. Merci beaucoup!"

Pros: "These were all LH code shares with Air Canada. Checkin and boarding at CDG 2A is the best you can do there. Only a short walk from checkin thru immigration and security to the gate. Also Air Canada checked my bag to HNL. There were US immigration and customs, small scale and quick, in Vancouver but no requirement for baggage inspection unlike awful LAX. For future trips between HNL and Europe, I am flying Air Canada via Canada."

However, there is no footrest at all , which as you're surely aware, is terribly uncomfortable when sitting for long periods, let along trying to sleep. I actually rested my head on one man's shoulder, once he was asleep, and hope he didn't notice. While this is unfortunately typical of economy class, it is not decent."

I end up needed get up in dark driving from lake Louise to Calgary to catch the flight and got home after 13 hours in total. The first was due to an ice storm in Toronto, where we changed planes, then the second due to compromised air space over the China Sea that Air Canada wisely chose to delay our flight rather than take a risk. The delays were handled professionally and pleasantly. It wasn't their fault. The agents and flight attendants were very attentive in trying to help us get our connecting flights, such as switching us to the front of the plane before landing so we could get off quickly. Alas, it didn't work, but they tried. Our checked bags came off quickly. I felt that we had more legroom on our AC flights than I have had recently on American aircrafts. Temperature was comfortable. We were regularly given water, drinks, and we had complementary meals with beer or wine. Food was pretty average, but the beverages were good. I would definitely fly with them again."
