Cons: A330 business class seats ate almost lay flat. Seats are older and don’t fully flatten out anymore

Cons: Not much leg room, or space in seats.

Cons: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.

Cons: The waiting lounge had no info on the outside. We came early, was seated close to the door and I served as the info person.

Cons: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Cons: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Pros: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Cons: No screens or headphones on board, you had to download an app on your phone and use your own earphones to watch a very limited amount of films/tv shows. Very tight seats, not reclining enough. It was like being on a low cost flight but for 5 hours. Very uncomfortable.
