Pros: "Crew were amazing and great entertainment"

Pros: "Plane was super clean and comfortable. A long flight but we'll cared for by host."

Cons: "This time Singapore Airlines Staff seem to be not so helpful. Previously they were happy to help with smiling face and approachable immediately. This time in spite of asking for help in the cabin no one turned up even after multiple requests. I could only get help when someone one walks next to me."

Cons: "First experience with Singapore where the crew made a negative impression. As soon as the plane pulled away from the terminal, crew members seemed rushed and frantic, literally running back and forth from Economy Premium to the galley gathering items. Approximately every 7-10 minutes, crew members would be running back and forth next to my seat with heavy foot steps, which would wake me up. I also noticed that certain crew members were shouting at passengers to get their attention instead of lowering themselves to be heard. One flight attendant almost spilled orange juice on me because she turned around too fast trying to serve drinks. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, or if it was the influence of a certain crew boss, but something was definitely wrong."

Cons: "No air vents and the cabin was very very stuffy and warm for many people. I’ve never heard one child cry for 7+ hours before until this flight. But everything else was decent to say the very least:)"

Pros: "Singapore airline crew is always top notch in terms of service and attentiveness. It's a direct flight from Singapore to Canberra! Beats the layover in Sydney or Melbourne."

They're not lay flat seats, and I can't get the seat even close to flat because my feet jam in to the bottom of the seat in front of me. The food wasn't great, some of the meal which was supposed to be served hot was still cold."

Cons: "1. Flight seats are too congested on flight.. 2. Not too many indian movie choices 3. Some reason, while booking the flight, the KAYAK site had not asked for food choice. And the airline does not carry any extra vegetarian food. This had caused some inconvenience."

Pros: "The service from the Singapore Airlines is always impeccable. The food is delicious. The business class seat is spacious and wider than all the US airlines. There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."

Cons: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Pros: "The plane had decent leg room, the food was great, service was excellent. I have no complaints. Snacks were handed out pretty regularly which was great. In flight entertainment was good too. I'll definitely fly Singapore again, I liked it better than other Asian airlines."

Pros: "I love traveling on Singapore airlines. They have excellent service and always on time. Their entertainment system is very good. I won't say excellent as I've seem Emirates and they still have along way to go to catch up."

Cons: "They did not give us the landing cards and we had to fill them in at the airport. Many were like us and I am surprised. Also for business class passengers they don't get into a priority lane as you see in Emirates and other airlines. while Singapore airline is very good, they still lack in the details."

Cons: "The flight was quite old, was a bit surprised as the route seems very busy. Our seat 36J and K interestingly had no windows. First time flew on a flight with no window row."

Food option was pretty good and lots of shows and movies to choose from. Getting ice cream was such a treat for my kids!"
