Pros: This was a Delta codeshare on a Korean Airlines plane. The seats in business class were very comfortable and it was easy to stretch out and sleep.

Cons: The food was mediocre. Not terrible but not very tasty either. There is no wifi!

Pros: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Cons: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Pros: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Cons: Breakfast was just so-so, not enough snacks or drink service throughout. The departure from the plane took over an hour (JFK’s fault, not Korean Air).

Pros: The seats were cleaned and neatly arranged. Amenities were provided such as tooth brush and slippers which made the flight more comfortable.

Cons: The meals could have been prepared better in both taste and quantity. Flight attendants could have come around more often to refill beverages or requests during meal servicing.
