Very bad service and food variety will never come back again

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time
Superb experience. I hope they bring back the fast track option at Heathrow immigration.
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.

We had a fantastic crew, super friendly and very helpful but the actual boarding part of it was terrible. You actually felt like we were going to a Third World country to be honest all the way up to the airport and the way it was split up going in all different kinds of directions and no one knew what they were supposed to do was extremely stressful

I'm flying several times per month in business class. You had the worst food by far from any company I have ever flew with. The Spanish wine was great. I purchased Internet, but it didn't work well for most of the flight.
I liked the crew and boarding, short wait between flight was great. My problem was that the WiFi was not accessible through my phone and on the trip from Britain and Larnaca I didn’t have much entertainment. On my way there I felt that the didn’t give up much food for a 6 hour flight….I didn’t eat much in between flights assuming that they will serve something more substantial than what was served so I was really hungry when I was in Cyprus
