For the people reading this review who might think my kid would have been messy or cranky on the flight so we were treated this way, that was not the case, she not even cried once or made a mess. Same as my previous flight with crew, Crew were so late in responses, my wife actually walked to their place 2 times to get milk for the baby. Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"

Their office was completely messy. Nobody really care about their job. They all seemed to be in training period."
Pros: "Emirates has a great reputation, and now I've experienced first hand why that is! Great (complimentary!) food and beverages, clean comfortable seats, generous luggage policies, and impressive customer service. The crew on our flight represented 19 different countries and spoke a total of 19 different different languages. The woman ahead of me was very unpleasant about her screen not working, and every attendant she spoke to was infinitely polite and pleasant. They tried to reset her screen, and eventually found an empty seat and moved her to first class!"

I was detained for awhile during boarding because I was chosen to have my carry-on bag checked, and it took awhile because I had filled a water bottle after passing through security and it took some discussion before being approved (my husband didn't know where I was and had already boarded and was worried)."

Staff was very friendly.

Cabin crew support for traveling with special needs child was amazing! Especially Gary and Cody. The oxygen was provided (at a cost - free on BA) in such a large cylinder that it left no legroom at all. Several small bottles (as on BA) is much easier for everyone.

Would like it if my seat could recline.

Given we were in Business Class having a Cheese Toastie as our main meal feels pretty mean.

If they cannot maintain a consistent level of standard across all their products let another provider in who can."

So I moved, to be removed by Sarah (stewardess) and put back in Tow 75. Then she put two of her friends in Row 50. When I walked up later to get my bag, there was still an empty Row 50 seat, but her friiends’ purses were in the seat, and they reluctantly removed the items when I insisted to sit there. Sarah should have left me in Row 50 and not made me move back to 75."

Sorry I wasn't able to understand 100% of what I read, and was naive to think that your company wasn't profiting off of deceiving customers. It's ridiculous to make someone read through 3 different "terms and conditions" and expect them to check all of the policies of the airline before they commit to the reservation. The wording also doesn't read easy and requires an attorney to read through. This is a scam."

I think it's interesting that as I typed this, as soon as I typed justfly.com or kayak.com, a window popped up encouraging me to write my comment in feedback, not here, yet when I wrote kiwi.com or priceline.com, nothing popped up. This just confirms that there are many people out there that believe they were deceived by these two companies and it's unfortunate that Qantas is looking just as guilty of cheating people out of their hard EARNED money."

Flight cancelled again

Flight was cancelled and I was booked on another which was also cancelled

Delay but we made connecting flight and so did our bags. Seat in front was broken and had person o. Front of me reclined the whole time.

Pleasant boarding and crew - okay snacks but was sat at the very back with no window seat.

Like airplane, Not like seat selection, our seats were changed last moment.

The BA flight from London to Cairo is shameful. For a 5 hour flight there is no on board entertainment nor any food. It was like flying low cost without the price. I won’t fly BA again.

Couldn’t make flight because of BA cancellation of connector. Kayak customer support non existent. Utterly deplorable

AA is by far the WORST possible airline EVER! flight was delayed due to computer outage and absolutely RUDE ticketing/gate agents

There was absolutely no reason to have treated us that way, so we promptly submitted a complaint to British Airways."

Primitive and time-consuming transportation system between terminals- Had to ride overcrowded buses packed with so many people that your body was pressed against your neighbor. Inadequate number of restrooms and poor signage to find them. Bad selection of restaurants. Then at the terminal, boarding time listed as 10:40, but they did not even announce the boarding gate until 10:40. Then a 10 minute ride on another overcrowded bus to the plane which you had to board by a staircase (and a staircase to the door on a 747 is no small thing!) Although flight was smooth in the air, the pilot landed so "hard" I thought the landing gear must have been damaged!"

Ha - the manager who purportedly was helping me out gave me a seat up front next to a shrieking infant and behind a bassinet (he knew exactly what he was doing but didnt care). They really lie and think we're idiots. 3. Same thing for flight from dublin to prague. This time last row next to toliets Dont fly aer lingus if you dont book directly with them, same for british airways I looked at BA's website - they do let you book a seat in advance but you must pay something for every single seat. Crazy. There are no free seats"

Cons: "HEATHROW IS A NIGHTMARE, Not the fault of BA"
Cons: "Drinks service with no snacks, limited films just very much a cattle class experience like any of the big American airlines. Before, if given a chance and the prices being more or less equal I would pick BA over other competitors. Interior of the plane was slightly tired and needed better cleaning."
Cons: "The old flight attendants, are entitle, rude, racist (from a flight I encountered from China to America, "One claiming Chinese are so annoying to deal with"."
Pros: "Everything was good on this flight. The staff were excellent, very professional, and were very helpful. When they heard about our plight at LHR Term. 5 when connecting to this flight, they were very considerate and offered to send in a report (still waiting for the result of this, no contact yet 6 days later). Again, the luggage space and lie-flat seats (Club World) and meals (except my gluten-free meal) were very good, as was entertainment and cleanliness of the plane and lavs. This flight was supposed to be delayed by two hours, but in the end, they managed to take off at the originally scheduled time. More good news: the flight was smooth and arrived on time and most importantly, safely. Luggage arrived quickly and in good condition on the carousel. BA is really good!"
Cons: "Lavs: Lavs were clean, which is always good, but there was no red/green availability lights on this aircraft, those would be helpful."
Cons: "Wheelchair assistance was not provided to both the passengers , even though it was requested during reservation."
