Really bad experience – delayed for 6 hours without any notice, no food or drinks provided, and stuck in the horrible Cartagena airport.

I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.

Please guy check the food I almost end up to the hospital

On time. At least they offer a drink and a small snack. Plane was clean

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

Horrific checkin procedure with neither Delta nor Latam figuring out how to check me in. 4 hrs on customer support with both and both airlines pointing to each other who should do checking. I was not checked in until morning of flight, which for international flight is concerning.

Awful, horrible customer service. Flight got delayed and had to spend y the night in Bogota as a result. Very poor

Flight was delayed due to connecting passengers. Lack of snack options bad. Sitting in Aisle, last cart run pulled the cart directly into my knee. Rude awakening.

Delayed due to weather in Dallas (arriving flight arrived late), then boarded the plane only to deboard immediately afterwards, tire needed to be replaced. Flight supposed to depart at 6:15pm but departed at 9:35pm.

Award tickets are some of the best... seats lack entertainment options.

It was a typical flight. We had a delay which seems to be the normality now. And we had no in flight service due to conditions.

Attendants were rude. Scowling. Seats were miserable and we paid extra.

Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.

Food better on way home than going out. Same entertainment both ways.
