The staff and crew on board were excellent. Business class however, was very weird. I thought we would have individual pods, but the way it was set up was unexpected. Not very private and If you wanted to lay down, you had to have an entire bed made up for you by the crew, rather than how Delta one works where you could just lie down whenever you feel like it. It was a 16 hour flight. I chose not to have my bed made, and that turned out to be a good idea because everybody who had their bed made had to wait for the crew to roll up their mattresses. So strange!

Crew were pleasant, happy to be there and were a joy to be around. Entire operation was professional, well thought out and ran like a Swiss clock.
United flight from SFO to PDX was cancelled. I will ask for a refund. Had to book on Alaska
Good food and entertainment options. Great Staff that were all welcoming and caregiving.
Flight was canceled due to technical issue shortly before the check-in counters opened. Passengers were rebooked on a flight three days later. Request to be accommodated on Air Tahiti Nui could not be processed. Customer service sorted out the refund after calling and being put on hold for almost an hour.
Carring crew, nice ambiance of the cabin, comfortable beds, good food well served. We liked everything.
2 of the 6 economy toilets were out of order. Drinks were not offered often enough - you have to order on-screen, which is often unavailable. Snacks and Milo ran out very early. Crew was fine but I think there was a sticking issue
Flight attendants are always pleasant and helpful. Pilot kept us updated.
No refunds for flights that I could not take due to Covid restrictions
It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t
I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.
No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.
Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke
Awful, horrible customer service. Flight got delayed and had to spend y the night in Bogota as a result. Very poor

The flight from PDX to New York was cancelled, and I got rebooked one day later. Because of this I missed a meeting at my final destination, EZE. I now need to stay longer in Argentina, and was told the tariff difference was $780 plus $150 penalty! I am not using my return ticket, and have purchased a one way ticket EZE-PDX for $606 with another airline. SHAMEFUL

The flight from Ottawa to Chicago took a lot longer due to DC in Ottawa. We got to Chicago and went to our gate to catch our flight. We only had nine minutes I found that very stressful.
Great crew, friendly. Found the trip long just sitting with no onboard entertainment

Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.
Crowded flight, but upbeat and kind crew. Pilot greeted us at door, flight attendant thanked a number of “special” passengers for their business, another addressed an eight-year old boy as “young man.” United obviously trying to up their game, but though all of that is nice and notable, flying still feels like moving along a human assembly line, being herded into one small space after another (boarding areas with too few seats, planes with limited personal space, shuttles (IAD) packed too full.

Small plane (and thus a bumpy ride), small seats (and a large man next to me), absolutely terrible wifi, and no food options to speak of.
Flying First Class, the food could have been much better. The seat wasn’t very comfortable.

Flight delayed 3 times due to maintenance (on exact same plane that had just brought us from Boston to Miami). Eventually changed to a different plane and gate.
No service due to turbulence. No entertainment on this type of aircraft. But nice old comfortable seats.
Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.
This was a very good flight. The seats on the Dreamliner were comfortable and all the outlets were functional. The crew was friendly and helpful. Boarding was fairly efficient, although it was delayed by a baffling search of all the hand luggage for liquids. The timing of this flight, leaving at 10:30 PM, was excellent. It was a good time to arrive at DFW also, as there was almost no delay in going through customs and immigration. I'd fly this route, at this time, on this airline again without complaint.
There was a huge weather delay and crew and pilots handled it amazing! So many people had connections and they were so helpful and cheering people on to make them
It was Japan Airlines that was excellent. I don’t know why it shows American Airlines.

After pulling away from the gate we sat on the tarmac for 90 minutes with hardly any explanation from the captain. Rows seem more cramped than before.
There is no reason for a 5 hour flight, the only option is purchased food and free drinks. The airline should at least offer free chips, peanut, etc and then the option to purchase additional food

No food offered. Parents with babies placed in the middle of the plane. Next time, place parents with babies in the corners of the plane to ensure comfort for others who don’t have babies.
They never informed my girlfriend that she needed an eTA to land in Canada. Their touch screen panels at the airport never informed us that was the reason why we couldn't progress through check-in. The lady at the counter didn't know why she couldn't check-in until airport staff came a little later. Were they slightly more cooperative at any point, this could have been avoided. They won't return our money and cancelled the return flights too.

The flight ran out of hot meals for the back half of the plane and gave us tuna sandwiches. Not okay, these flights cost too much to short us the experience!

I liked the beverages, many choices to choose from unlike other airlines- I hope it stays this way :) The seat pitch is not enough, it feels crowded especially because the airplane was full.
