I was very impressed with this airline. The plane was clean. The attendance were nice and it was a great comfortable experience. The zipper on my suitcase broke after I checked it, and they wrapped it all Thailand plastic wrap to prevent it from coming apart during the flight. When I got to Los Angeles, all of my items were safe and still in the bag. That is above and beyond!

Pros: "I have tall family members and they had enough legroom even at the back of the plane. Service was excellent. Snacks and drinks were regular on offer even between meal. Very nice, professional staff even after 13 hours of flight. Just excellent. Thank you for this very pleasant experience. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again."
Cons: "There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."

We were faced with cancelled reservations when boarding in Charles De Gaulle. The staff at the desk were amazing and retrieved our reservations and obtained seats for us all the way through Buenos Aires. We are so thankful for the dedication of the staff at the check-in desk and will always consider Lufthansa first when flying worldwide.
Boarding was awful, plane was delayed by almost 2 hours and the system had kicked everyone off the flight prior to departure so we had to wait in line for almost an hour while they were fixing the system, food was bad, seats were uncomfortable. Because of the long delay we missed out connecting flight and stayed in Frankfurt for over 10 hours before they FINALLY decided to put us on the next flight out.
Frankfurt to Washington DC on Lufthansa served a snack on the flight that was veal cutlets. Very risky choice to serve on board. I chose not to ate them for a variety of reasons but I hope Lufthansa chooses differently in the future.
In economy seating, if the person in front of you puts their seat back preventing you from reaching the floor to pick up something you dropped, aren't the airlines squeezing these seats a little too close together?
Never happened. We are still in Frankfort 3 days now with 2 children and no food or money. Flights canceled and delayed 10 times and counting.
Bread stale. Croissant stale. Person behind me was kicking me throughout flight. Boarding slow.
Cons: "Delayed flight made me miss my connection and spend a night in Frankfurt. Take off time, bag didn’t come out as priority, waited over 25 minutes."

Cons: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Pros: "There was a special needs boy that sat behind me and he had some issues (long flight, understandable) and the crew were AMAZING with him. Not everyone has common or even human decency. These people were rad, and it was lovely to see."

I am extremely dissatisfied with this flight and with British airways in general. I wish I would have known about the baggage and I could have saved myself a LOT of money. British airway crew were rude and unhelpful. I will not be flying with them again."

We experienced crazy long lines for: the bus between terminals, immigration passport review; passport review before the metal detector, and detailed tests on permitted volumes of shampo, and toothpaste. The agent forced me to check a normally permitted carryon bag, then the bags took 45 minutes to be placed on the turnstile after the flight. Not an efficient airport."
Pros: "This is a no frills BA flight, but I'd rather do fly with BA than the other options. You have to pay for food and drink, the quality of crew far exceeds the usual low cost dross."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled an hour after scheduled takeoff due to mechanical issues. The plane was actually repaired, but the time it took to do so exceeded the flight crew's hours. I understand the practical implications, but in the moment it did feel maddeningly bureaucratic."
