Pros: The crew named Lucy was extraordinary,, the best I've experienced.

Cons: The seat was small, the food can't compare to Arab airlines, entertainment doesn't have much selection.

Cons: The temperature inside the cabin was too hot! It was warm and hot enough that chocolate I bought at duty free before the flight was melted!!

Pros: I had the economy XL seat and was quite comfortable

Cons: Other than earphone (one ear) not working, all others are good. That was the 2nd pair with the same malfunction, so I suggest changing the earphones.

Cons: Crew was not very friendly. Not enough staff for such a large plane. Food was not good and took a long time to get our first meal. Could not understand English announcements because she was not very fluent. Probably would not fly China air again.

Pros: The technical aspects of the flight were fine. Boarding, the flight, and the aircraft. Very nice plane.

Cons: The crew was not very friendly and it didn’t seem like there were enough staf for such a large plane. It took a long time to get our first meal, and the food was terrible in comparison to other flights, even other China air flights we’ve been on. We could not understand the English announcements as she was not a fluent speaker. I would probabalynavoid flying with China air again.

Pros: Seat spacing was bigger than my flights to Bangkok/Taipei, loved movie choices

Cons: Check-in was poorly organized in Narita. Bag Drop off only took longer than regular check-in

Cons: Crew was fantastic. Very attentive to passengers’ needs. From check in to baggage claim, China Airlines was fantastic. When many passengers needed to board aconnecting flight in Taipei to Bangkok with very little time, crew members shepherded all of us through the tram and security right to boarding. It was fantastic. China Airlines is my “go to” company for any routes on my travels they provide in the future. Thank you China Airlines!!!
