Cons: They lost my vegetarian food option and in return gave me a few cookies..

Pros: I liked the reclining seats and the comfort packs they gave that included ear plugs, eye covers socks blankets pillows.

Cons: There was plenty of food but the type of food was not typical of the west. And was acceptable but not great. I would have liked masks because there was someone coughing in front of us and I didn’t want to get sick.

Pros: Entertainment selections are awesome, plenty to keep you busy on such a long haul. I also like that they require seat backs upright during meal service so your tray isn't jammed into your lap.

Cons: They won't serve coffee or tea except during meals. Online check-in and seat selection doesn't work, and phone service might as well not be offered. I had to wait until an hour and a half before the flight to get a seat and of course by that time it's nothing but middle seats.

Cons: Airline Lounges

Pros: Great juices. We really enjoyed the mango juice and coconut juice. The raw vegetable and fruit meal was good. We added humus to it and that added to the taste.

Cons: Didn't appreciate the fumigation of the cabin. Maybe add humus or guacamole to the raw vegetable or fruit platter.

Pros: The crew were friendly and very helpful. Good choice of movies, tv shows, podcasts and music.

Cons: When the person in front put his seat back there was no room at all for me. He had it back for the whole 12 hour flight except when the staff asked him to put it up for service.

Cons: Quantas seems to have frequent gate changes. You have to pay attention. No WiFi in terminals despite posted signs.

Cons: unable to get assigned seat ahead of time. the only seat available was in the middle, getting uncomfortable to getting in and out. Economy on upper deck has only one bathroom that I leave the imagination up to you.

Cons: Appreciated ability to switch to a bulkhead seat for more legroom. Bathrooms were clean at all times despite long flight. Deplaning was easy and fast enough. Overall a good experience.

Pros: Crew a was good - Seat was not so great. I tried to book my seat/boarding pass when you sent through the notice to do so in the morning but at that stage there was only 1 seat available to sit in?? Seamed a little odd to be completely booked out at that stage

Pros: Very nice equipment A330. Service was very good and angle seats were acceptable in room amd comfort.

Cons: Plugin got power didnt work in my seat. Poor quality headphones and movies were average at best. My meal was terrible.

Pros: The plane didn't crash. The flight left on time.

Cons: The staff were fine but not overly friends. We had to circle the airport over Okinawa for roughly 30 minutes before landing due to flight traffic. When an elderly gentleman stood up to use the rest room, the staff shouted at him to sit down. That could have been handled much better.

Cons: Had a very unruly passenger behind me in coach be upset and violently shake my chair just for simply reclining as everyone else does. Altercation went on for 10 minutes and no staff were present. Finally had to walk all the way down the galley just to get their attention and have them deal with it

Pros: The food was delicious and of high quality. I enjoyed the entertainment selection. I flew business class. The flight attendants were excellent and gracious. I would fly China Eastern Airlines again.

Cons: Passengers making a connecting flight to Bangkok (BKK) at Nanjing (NKG) were gathered together, escorted through customs, to baggage claim, to the ticketing counter, and back through customs. One of the passenger had to call out each person from their passport. The process took 2 1/2 hours.

Cons: We boarded very late, and had no place to wait at the gate (it was locked off) and got no explanation. My headrest broke off midflight. There were no good vegetarian options on the flight, and the entertainment system was very old and hard to see.

Pros: The crew were so incredibly friendly and helpful! The food was delicious, and entertainment was great.

Pros: The onboard crew was very nice and attentive.

Cons: Qantas should have updated the passengers during the very long delay. A 4 1/2 hour delay warrants a little better treatment of there passengers but they left us in the dark as to what was going on. Even if there’s no new information, they should say so.

Cons: Food was sparse and water hard to come by. The ability of passengers in front to deeply recline their seats made the flight uncomfortable and claustrophobic.
