Cons: For a debt of 2050 euro they took from my account abusive 4100 euro hoping in 30 days to give back deposit 2050 euro.. For this reason i given them minimum rating - hotel must learn dont deceive guest and dont abuse by their cards - .

Pros: This hotel is located in the tallest building in Tokyo and it offers incredible views of the city! The rooms are breathtaking and I have never experienced such incredible, all encompassing service. The concierge offered us the best sightseeing advice and we had one of the most memorable dinners in their Japanese Michelin Starred Restaurant. Oh and there's a fantastic 24hr Grocery Store located in the super posh MidTown Shopping Center adjacent to the hotel. I have to also say that compared to other Ritz-Carlton Hotels I have stayed at around the world... this is by far the best of their Hotels properties!

Pros: The staff was amazing. We were there for our honeymoon and they welcomed us with a beautiful card of congratulations hand signed by all the reception staff ❤️ The bedroom was extremely clean, very comfortable and it was serviced everyday sometimes twice. The shower/bath is basically a room on its own, for how big it is. Gorgeous view of Tokyo from the bedroom. We picked the corner one with window walls on two sides. The breakfast buffet was abundant and really delicious; you also have the option of having the traditional Japanese breakfast. The swimming pool is big and beautifully kept. We loved the spa. We would absolutely go back if we could.

Pros: The staff is incomparable (then again, Japanese people have standards no one else in the world has), they were so on the ball about everything, from questions about the city, to housekeeping and in room massages, that this hotel in the US would cost 550 a night, and I only paid around 200.

Pros: I was on a business trip visiting a company less than 2 blocks away so I couldn't beat the location. I got the normal room, which is small but had everything I needed. Rooms are modern and mine was clean.
Hotel is dated. The lobby feels like the 70's or 80's and lacks a real bar reestaurant. The cafe in the lobby has a very limited menu of food and drink, particularly for breakfast.
Would I stay here again? Yes for the same location/price balance I paid on this trip.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The view from our room was quite nice when the weather was good-- we had views of Mt. Fuji sometimes. The breakfast buffet, though incredibly overpriced, has good food. Room was comfortable enough. The bar has great views of the city and Tokyo Tower. The onsen is pretty nice.
Cons: - Room rates almost doubled since our last stay - Location is only OK and requires lots of walking to get the metro stops - Room was not actually refurbished-- same old furniture, bathroom was downgraded, parts of room weren't actually painted - The staff spoke almost no English, unlike our last stay-- communication was incredibly difficult - The on-site gym is not included for some reason-- it costs over $20 per visit - The breakfast buffet is seriously overpriced - The staff didn't tell us the buffet would be closed for over half our stay, though they felt it was necessary to leave printed sheets of paper every evening telling us the weather prognosis for the next day (amazing waste of paper in 2019 when everyone has a smartphone and a weather app) - Wifi very slow; got worse every day - The staff kept making us sit to the side and wait unnecessarily for every single thing, from the bar to breakfast to the concierge, even if nobody else was around - The bar is weird: they charge $10 just to sit near the windows but didn't tell us we could pay less as hotel guests, they charge premium prices for bottom shelf liquor (Gordons and Smirnoff, for example), smoking is still allowed, and creepy bartenders stare at themselves in the mirror while shaking cocktails We paid insane prices for just an OK room and nothing else was included. Somehow we were very unlucky and didn't experience real hospitality on top of it all. We are obviously never going back.

Cons: A little dated but great none-the-less.

Pros: My November stay in Tokyo was switched from Okura Hotel to Sheraton Miyako Hotel, because Okura was demolished in May this year for a new hotel building to be reopened in 2018. So all the evaluations given here are for Miyako Hotel.
The hotel is excellent, very roomy and update. It offers all what a ordinary traveler needs and beyond. Its location is great right in the middle of several subway stations, only Meguro station and takaniwa station are within walking distance. But, scheduled hotel buses taking hotel guests to Meguro and Shinagawa station is an excellent way to help hotel guests move around.
Do your homework and find out what time the airport limousine bus can take you from airports to Miyako Hotel before you buy airline tickets. Because the bus schedule is very odd. I came to Miyako from Tokyo Haneda Airport, the airport limousine bus only runs twice in the morning and once in the late evening (Good for red eyed flight guests). If you come to the hotel any time between those schedules, you need to find out what is the nearest hotel or subway stations to Miyako the airport bus can take you to, then take taxi from there to Miyako.

Pros: The staff were impeccable and were available to help at any time. The rooms were faultless - we stayed in a corner room and the views were spectacular. The breakfast buffet the next morning was lovely and had a huge range of Japanese and International dishes. We have stayed in many hotels in Tokyo and this one exceeded all expectations - it will now be our standard booking for all other trips to Japan in the future.

Pros: It was close to the station and some nice restaurants just outside the hotel.
Cons: We stayed on reward points as ambassadors. We were treated appallingly. The room was average for the type of hotel we were staying in. The staff were quite standoffish, considering we had just come from Intercontinental Delete repeated word Bay where the service was outstanding and we could not fault a single thing it was a huge disappointment to be treated like this. When we went for dinner in the restaurant we were not even offered a drinks or wine list the whole meal and they forgot my meal altogether. When they cleaned the room they left dirty dishes behind. I never complain about anywhere that I stay but it was enough to taint my holiday. When we checked out they did not even ask us how the stay was. We are Platinum members.

Pros: A comfortable spacious bed. The free drinks in the minibar.
Cons: I stayed in the REN Suite. A poor choice. The "SUIT" itself is actually a very very small room and DISAPPOINTING. They consider it a prime room, well it is anything BUT prime. No room for Luggage - Just a tiny 1X1X1 meter Cube where you should bend to "r" if you want in - Of no use. No Closet !!! No room for clothes !!! Imagine that. There were many more small obnoxious things that i won't even bother to mark

Pros: Location was convenient for traveling to the rest of Tokyo.
The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, of which we tried several and had some delicious meals.
Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
Akasaka Mitsuke subway station is about 3 blocks away, just a couple minutes walk. From that station it's a short ride to get to the Imperial Palace, Meiji Shrine and tons of other must see tourist locations in Tokyo.
Beds were comfy and the room was nice, but remember rooms in Tokyo are on average going to be a bit smaller than you might expect from other places. My friend and I are big guys, both around 6' 1" and we were plenty comfy in the room. We were there mostly to sleep and shower, the fun was to be had out exploring Tokyo.
There's laundry and vending machines on the third floor which was handy.
Overall we were impressed with the Centurion Hotel Grand for the price and the location. If in Tokyo again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pros: This is a really convenient location for travelers. It's directly across the street from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, lots of Japanese and non-Japanese food options and some historic sites. If you can managed to get a room on the back side of the hotel, I would recommend it. My room was so quiet. It was perfect. The hotel staff were very nice. They were able to direct me to where I needed to go when I had to buy a few things for my trip.
Getting there from Narita airport was easy. I just bought a ticket on the appropriate limousine bus for 3100 yen. Yes, that's slightly more expensive than the Keisei Skyliner, but it drops you off at the front door of this hotel. It's worth the extra 600 yen to not have to carry my luggage through the train stations from where the Keisei Line drops you off. And it's way cheaper than a cab.
