Central, super clean, staff who speaks perfect English which is unusual in Tokyo and of course we loved the rooftop onsen.
Everything was perfect.
Location, clean room and spa
Too small room. The balcony is opposite of grave yard so no point of having it
Hotel location is excellent. Close to the station and only a few minutes walk to the lively areas of Roppongi. Hotel was clean and staff helpful. The spa is an added bonus.
The room was a single room, but small. The aircon was also pretty noisy at times. Whilst they is a laundry, which is useful when travelling over a linger period, it wasn't great and the dryer took a number of cycles. Minor point though.
Rooftop onsen is amazing, good shower. really comfortable hotel.
Room quite small but then that’s Japan. Breakfast seemed quite expensive so we didn’t opt for that.
Great location close to Roppongi station in a quiet street. Modern facilities and very clean room. Staff welcoming and helpful. Hot baths a clear plus as indicated in other reviews.
Room quite small with little to non existent storage, not easy when travelling with luggage. Air conditioning not easy to control.
Large cities have lots to do and there are plenty of great locations, but in a city like Tokyo, hotel location is everything. Many travelers from outside of Japan marvel at this amazing city, and Candeo Hotels Tokyo Rappongi’s location right in the heart of the Japanese capital ensures that whether you are there for business or leisure, Japanese culture is just a few steps outside the hotel’s front door.
The Candeo Hotels Tokyo Rappongi is less than two years old and has acquired a well-regarded reputation for high-class service. The first thing folks notice is the multilingual staff. This is important because many folks travel from far off places, so you have the comfort of someone who speaks your language. Once you check in, the first thing you notice about the room is the floor to ceiling window. The view of Tokyo from your room is spectacular. The décor has the modern touch of clean lines, so you will feel right away that you are in a luxurious space.
The breakfast at the hotel is outstanding and contains traditional Japanese elements along with breakfast foods that are more familiar to Americans and Europeans. There is also dry-cleaning service and laundry service available as well. These are just more examples of how the hotel goes out of its way to provide top service to guests.
A trip to Japan is a must for everyone’s bucket list. When you stay at the Candeo Hotels Tokyo Rappongi, you are getting some of the best hospitality in all of Japan.
