Service and facility was good and nice.
Pillows were not clean and gym is too small and limited. Not really a gym.
Let's be real, this hotel experience is perfection
The staff is incomparable (then again, Japanese people have standards no one else in the world has), they were so on the ball about everything, from questions about the city, to housekeeping and in room massages, that this hotel in the US would cost 550 a night, and I only paid around 200. Japan is on another level. The comparison between Japan and the United States, is that there is no comparison.
Everything was perfect.
I was on a business trip visiting a company less than 2 blocks away so I couldn't beat the location. I got the normal room, which is small but had everything I needed. Rooms are modern and mine was clean. Hotel is dated. The lobby feels like the 70's or 80's and lacks a real bar reestaurant. The cafe in the lobby has a very limited menu of food and drink, particularly for breakfast. Would I stay here again? Yes for the same location/price balance I paid on this trip.
Everything was very good.
The atmosphere in lobby (1st floor) and lounge (14th floor). The breakfastbuffe.
Very small room. No restaurants in the area around.
Hotel staff were helpful, close to train stations, convenient location, clean
small room, expensive
the staff at the hotel were very professional and very efficient. hotel overall is of excellent quality. it was more than what i have expected.
Value for money. Good breakfast.
Airport limosinebus took much too long time from this hotel due to multiple stops. Faster/Better to go via nearby hotels with more daily departures and less stops underway.
Good location, with easy access to subway / JR rail stations. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Buffet breakfast had a mixture of Japanese and non Japanese options. Guest lounge and internet station are nice and quiet
Rooms were small, even in comparison to other hotels during our Holiday in Japan.
Hotel staff excellent. Room super clean very day!! Very good position near Metro and train station. Good base for a shopping tour of Tokyo .
The Celestine Tokyo Shiba will make quite a memorable impression for its visuals and comfort. The venue is decorated with an art deco vibe and stands in a location where the Edo period warriors used to stand. It is full of light and greenery, which adds to the peacefulness one feels when staying here.
The closest train stations to The Celestine Tokyo Shiba is the Toei Subway Mita Line ‘Shibakoen Station’, which is about one minute away, the Toei Subway Mita Line/Asakusa Line ‘Mita Station’, which is about three minutes away, and the JR Yamanote Line ‘Tamachi Station’ Mita Exit, which is about seven minutes away.
There are various room options available at The Celestine Tokyo Shiba. Guests can book everything from a Superior Double and Superior Twin to Celestine Corner Double and Celestine Corner Twin. Amenities offered in these rooms include, but aren’t limited to a minibar, Japanese toiletries, bathrobe, safe, and free Wi-Fi. Those who are interested in history and culture should check out a specialty room called ‘Tsumugi’. It is decorated with what is considered to be one of the best textiles in the world, Oshima Tsumugi, to make for a memorable sight.
With much to do in Tokyo, visitors can do something different every day. For those interested in shopping, visits to Bibliophile, Roppongi Hills, and Tokyo Midtown are recommended. Foodies should try out traditional Japanese sweets, noodles, and sushi. And guests who love unique experiences can try everything from incense ceremonies to papermaking.
