Pros: We had originally rented an apartment in Sydney. However, due to construction at night, we had to relocate. We found a great rate at the Raddisson Blu and booked it. We enjoyed the last few nights of our vacation in a beautiful and comfortable room. The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was spotless. We would definitely stay there again!

Pros: I struggled with the best location to serve as home base in Sydney and the Swissôtel was perfect to hit all the top attractions while also being close to a train stop from the airport. Additionally, it was an easy walk to other neighborhoods like Surrey Hills and close to a Big Bus stop.
Cons: The only thing i can think that wasn’t stellar was the tv station selection in the room. That’s hardly a reason to select any hotel- just a way to wind down before bed. The pros far outweigh this one con :)

I was busy on an important call, then came again at 9:50 I explained that check out was 10am. The day before thy didn’t even clean my room!!!!

Loved the Art Deco design and feel. Rooms were good sized with all the amenities you'd require for a short stay.

The room was clean and modern. Service was great. The location is hard to beat. Right in the middle of tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Darling Harbor and Chinatown are just 4-5 minute walk. Town Hall subway station is just around the corner. Two grocery stores are very close by if you want to stock up on things.
The gym is great and quite extensive. There is a nice pool and sauna, although the hot tub was only like warm temperature.
Overall me and my two boys ( 9 and 11) had a great time fornthe week we were in Sydney.

Pros: The hotel is an easy walking distance of Wynyard Station and Circular Quay. with on site cafe and other food options close by. Pleasant and helpful reception and compact hotel room that contained all we needed, with free non-alcoholic mini bar.

Cons: They do not have free parking and free breakfast. Parking next to the hotel costs $85 per day. Breakfast next to the hotel costs $55 for three people. For a bad room with a terrible view from the window, prepare to pay from --- to ---dollars.

Cons: The rooms were tiny and had no windows, for the price of $300 a night I would have expected a window. Felt a tad claustrophobic. The buffet breakfast was decent at least until I got a mouth full of stale Hash Brown anyway and the filtered coffee at the buffet was Blurgh. All I'm trying to say is for the ridiculous price we paid for 1 night I expected a lot more. We don't get out much with kids and sadly besides the awesome staff and the beautiful old building, i was very underwhelmed :(

Cons: Lack of eat-in options unless back to Darling Harbour for pricey meal. Water conservation is important but showerheads need an upgrade with some balance of conservation versus water pressure as could the dual hot/cold tap.

Cons: Don't stay here due to construction site next door has just commenced we were on the 14th floor and the jackhammer went for hours.
At 07:00 the next day it started all over again come back in maybe 2 years time if the site next door has been completed.

Cons: This was my second stay but I won’t stay again due to the noise, I was in Room 31 and the noise from the street was very disturbing, if you stay on a weekend expect to hear the nightclub nearby and lots of voices and screaming well until the early hours. Bring earplugs!

The price is too high specially considering the building itself is old and the rooms are really small.
