Pros (+) Reception and staff... thanks to duty manager Victor Hidalgo for warm welcome and beautiful rooms and club lounge... we are going back in 3 weeks and also later.... They are next to cruise ships!!!

Pros (+) Right in the heart of Circular Quay. Walking distance to Opera House and plenty of restaurants.
Cons (-) It was under construction while we were there. Was not made aware of the extent of the construction. Elevators were slow and aggravating. Was there a week and never got to know any of the staff.
