Pros: very neat and fairly large rooms. the park view is beautiful.
Cons: initially we were in a 'park view' room which did not face the park at all. you have to crane your neck out of the window to see the park. this should not be sold as park view. staff were happy to move us to a front facing room with beautiful view.

Pros: Bed comfy
Cons: It was a bit noisy outside and no view
7.0 Good
Pros: Everything was great at the hotel, great bed, large, recently updated, good facilities.
Cons: I fly at night, asked if I could use the gym to shower when I got back to the hotel (checked out that morning, collected bag in the afternoon) and was told that I would be charged $20 to use the gym / shower? I could have used the shower on arrival but not departure? Very short sighted. A first for me, and I stay in Sydney regularly for work. Would not come back.

Pros: Perfect location friendly staff
Cons: Wasn’t too fused on the bed a little hard The light under the tv I hate lights I had to hide with pillows and no cocktails before 4pm we did get told to go down to high tea but we waited 10 minutes and no one came to us so we left

Cons: Well, I couldn't actually use the pool cause it was in a very busy roof top bar I would have been a go go girl with a difference! Not a good look But I didn't mind Just had a shower

Pros: Vintage lobby and great use of a nearly 100 year old building
Cons: Pool and Rooftop bar closed from Friday till Monday for private events. No selection at the breakfast bar
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect, a block from transit, tons of shopping and excellent Asian food. Unlike similarly priced hotels, the Primus has a ton of character, thanks to its very sensitive adaptive reuse of a very stylish 1939 government office building.
Cons: My only (very minor) complaint was that the fancy lighting automation in the room was a little touchy, and a couple of lamps wouldn't shut off entirety on their own ” I had to switch them off at the wall outlet. Otherwise, I had an outstanding stay!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious.
Cons: Overall I had a pleasant stay, however this hotel is not really a five star hotel especially when comparing other to other five star hotels like the shangri La, park Hyatt, or even the Marriott downtown. There just a difference in how personalized theyare
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the cleanliness, and modern conveniences. The rooftop pool was great, but had limited seating.
Cons: How hard it was to find. There is no exterior signage, which is because it is a heritage building, but when driving around in a busy city downtown, it becomes quite stressful and unpleasant. It is under renovation and our room had no view out of the wind

Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Valet service was very unprofessional. Forced program change on our digital display to change the radio station and deleted all the programming to the vehicle. Auto lights, display and all default settings removed. Not only was this very distressing driving home we rang hotel 3 times before someone bothered to call us back. The valet service does not have permission to touch anything in the vehicle other than the mirrors and the seat for adjustment to drive. They are not to change radio stations or default settings within the car for their pleasure. We will now have to get our car serviced to reinstall the default settings. The hotel charged up $240 to park the car for 3 days and it will cost us at least that to fix everything they have wiped from the computer and more... Very angry! This is NOT the first time either... We have stayed here for the last few years to celebrate our anniversary and complete Christmas shopping. The same issue with tampering with vehicle has happened before. We wrote a letter of complaint last year and were ensured this was not current practice and that it would never happen again. Well it did! Only worse this time... We have lost all faith in this hotel.

Cons: The only thing i can think that wasn’t stellar was the tv station selection in the room. That’s hardly a reason to select any hotel- just a way to wind down before bed. The pros far outweigh this one con :)

Pros:
Cons: Vert poor service for the Swissotel, I been in many of them, this is the worst, plus they overcharged me twice , by billing my credit card twice and with higher rate then booking quoted to me. Still trying to get back my 850US dollars to CC. Watch your bill very carefully, and better to stay in another hotel for this money. Facility need some heavy facelifting, pool and spa are terrible. Never go back

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic! Worth including!
Cons: I find that in the city of Sydney the people aren't the friendliest and at the hotel they weren't all as rude but they weren't accommodating. I asked a month in advance if our room could be ready for our arrival since we had a flight of over 20hrs and wanted to enjoy our honeymoon but all they wanted was to charge us an upgrade. It's hard to believe the hotel was full I'm sure they could have worked something out. However the hotel was clean and in a great location!

Pros: Great location, nice room with a good shower, free WiFi
Cons: The king bed had a firm bar in the middle of the bed. Not a problem if you sleep on either side though. I wish they let you stay on the WiFi the entire day of departure, I came back later to get my bags, but no WiFi to figure out how to get to the airport

Pros: I loved the extra space of having a living room to unwind in after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen and dining table was a great option when we didn't have time for a cafe breakfast. I loved having a nespresso machine in the room with daily refills.
The room was clean and modern. Service was great. The location is hard to beat. Right in the middle of tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Darling Harbor and Chinatown are just 4-5 minute walk. Town Hall subway station is just around the corner. Two grocery stores are very close by if you want to stock up on things.
The gym is great and quite extensive. There is a nice pool and sauna, although the hot tub was only like warm temperature.

Overall me and my two boys ( 9 and 11) had a great time fornthe week we were in Sydney.
Cons:
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Staff told us that beer was missing from minibar when we know that we didn’t drink it. Mistake with previous stay or with keeping inventory.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Completely everything, best hotel ive stayed at so far.
Cons: The TV didnt have good shows, or chanels.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location, comfortable bed.
Cons: I paid $320 for a one bedroom suite with a city view and arrived to my room which had a view of a parking lot and construction. The toilet also did not flush properly and bathroom design is terrible as water gets everywhere after a shower causing slips. Our room was finally changed after constantly telling front desk staff that the room was not what I paid for. Mentioned that our stay was for our anniversary and no interest or congratulations were given. Other hotels usually provide us with wine or a room upgrade (not necessary, but a nice gesture by the staff). Staff did not tell us anything about the hotel facilities or if we’d like to include breakfast, and generally seemed disinterested in helping us. However, at check out, Steven was warm and friendly. Will not be returning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly in reception whilst giving first aid to me. Breakfast was amazing. The room was exceptional
Cons: There was a cockroach in reception but staff quickly cleaned that up so I’m not fussed
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: Housekeeping usually starts at 330pm. Ends at 430pm. After a long and early day, I twice got back to a room that wasn't made up still. Had to call for Housekeeping. Found out once that it was past 430. The other, I had to leave again to let housekeeping come in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness. Comfort. Location. Parking. Breakfast. Highly recommend
Cons: Couldn't fault
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed in Fraser Suites in KL and loved the attention to detail and quality of accommodation and service. Location, room facilities, friendly staff, quick check in.
Cons: Light switches are not conveniently located. Aircon not working....tho only aware of this in the morning so I reported it to reception at check out. I'm sure it would have been rectified had I reported it earlier.

Pros: Easy check in process although they were a bit leery of letting me have a copy of documentation that I had just signed. Great size room and had everything you would need for an apartment suite.
Cons: Had booked and specifically requested a twin bed suite but the room had a king bed in it instead. Because it was so late I couldn't be bothered taking it up with reception so we had to sleep top and tail with a large gap between us. Not the best way to send a late night after a day of sitting cramped on the train. Also the dryer took a really long time to finish and would randomly turn itself off during use.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Check in slow due to lack of staff numbers foyer very crowded exacerbated by lift maintenance not mentioned at time of booking. In addition a wet pack was missing from my case when I collected luggage from concierge! Not happy!!
4.0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Only one lift was operating due to scheduled upgrading of the hotel. I would have liked to be warned about that when I booked, so I could have decided if I still wanted to stay there. There was a notice at the lift, but it was too late by then. I had a considerable wait after checking on and then the lift was uncomfortably crowded.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious modern apartments in the heart of downtown Sydney. Given the size, facilities and location it was reasonably priced. Can definitely recommend it and will stay there again if the price is OK.
Cons: Complimentary wifi was very slow; after upgrading to the paid service it was OK by Australian standards. The lifts are also very slow and one could easily wait 5 min for a lift to show up in the morning which then stopped on every level on the way down.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the location is very good within walking distance of most places town hall train station only 5 minutes away the apartments have everything you need many bars and restraunts near by

Pros: The apartment itself was a good size but the bedrooms were really small. The staff responded promptly to requests and were friendly. Liked the pool.
Cons: There was only 1 lift working which was extremely problematic. Sometimes it would take 15mins to get down to reception. The bedrooms were quite small and cramped. The sauna was always off - I'd put it on but then someone else might turn it off so when we tried to use it a few times it was off and cold. The apartment was definitely tiered and in need of a refresh. There are laundry facilities but no laundry powder is provided. Most apartments we stay in always provide you with a sachet of laundry powder - as the laundry was the reason we chose to stay in an apartment, we weren't impressed. There is no milk provided - not even sachets of milk for tea and coffee in the morning. There is no water provided. Not even small bottles. For the price you pay, I would expect all this to be provided.
7.0 Good
Pros: The apartment was spacious and offered 2 bedrooms with 4 x single beds which is perfect for 4 colleagues and is rarely on offer at other hotels. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balcony were excellent features.
Cons: It was a pain having one of the two lifts out of order for upgrades and checking out meant stopping at every floor from level 26 down. The bathroom doors didn't lock. Despite having a lock they didn't actually work which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. The kitchen came with free tea and coffee but no milk pods which is usually complimentary at other places.

Cons: Personally I love a view and we had none. We were upsized but I am a view person. I will take more care when booking again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Room and bathroom were clean and had good facilities, TV, ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities. Reception very helpful at checkout with bag storage etc.
Cons: They had not taken note of the fact we had breakfast included and we had to ask and it was continental only which should have been explained on original booking. Rooms were very small and pictures on line could only have been taken from inside the cupboard. The bathroom was very small, but clean and adequate, but had louvred, sliding door so not much privacy and had vents but no extractor so quite smelly.
1.0 Poor
Pros: On the web-page of hotel they wrote that they have free parking and a free breakfast. But they do not have free parking and free breakfast.
Cons: They do not have free parking and free breakfast. Parking next to the hotel costs $85 per day. Breakfast next to the hotel costs $55 for three people. For a bad room with a terrible view from the window, prepare to pay from --- to ---dollars.
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: The treatment of clients was terrible, l was abused by a male staff member. Put a compliant in, and its was dismissed. I will never stay there again, never in my wildest dreams would l think. A staff member could be so insulting... And the situation wasn't handled well, when l put a compliant in. Disgusted

Pros: The position was good opposite the entrance to Darling Harbour able to walk too with ease well lit up area.
Cons: Don't stay here due to construction site next door has just commenced we were on the 14th floor and the jackhammer went for hours.
At 07:00 the next day it started all over again come back in maybe 2 years time if the site next door has been completed.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Property very tired. Poor water pressure. Water wasn’t hot
7.9 Good
Pros:
Cons: We were booked into the deluxe penthouse 2 bedroom apartment. On arrival we were told it was unavailable and they could put us in a 2 bedroom apartment and were offered free car parking and breakfast for 4 as compensation. After entering the allocated apartment we found somebody else's bags already in the room. We were then moved to another apartment with an apology and a bottle of wine delivered. These events were unfortunate but the staff were very pleasant. Apologies were again offered on checkout. Something is obviously wrong with their booking system. Even though we had a comfortable night's stay, I may not stay at this hotel again.

The perfect base to explore the harbor area from with plenty of sights, attractions, eateries and shops within reasonable walking distance. The quick fifteen minutes walk from the train station through the Chinatown was a nice experience on my first night.
Cons: While it certainly was not what drew me to this location since it's advertised: The pool was tiny (4-5 strokes to cross), really cold and had debris floating in it and sand on the bottom. It did not detract from my stay only because I saw it as a bonus and not a desired feature. Otherwise I would have been quite disappointed.
8.3 Excellent

Pros: I prefer to have breakfast in my room, before heading out. There are plenty of places to grab a snack if that's what one likes to do.
Cons: I missed not having a toaster and microwave, as I don't go out alone at night to eat, I may need to reheat a take home meal. I missed not having the biscuits with my cup of tea on arrival. Not every one likes to eat out for every meal. I would have liked a cereal bowl, plate and knife and fork.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location.
Staff did try to accommodate as best as they could when asked but only when asked.
Cons: The hotel did not meet expectations, the king bed is not a real king mattress instead is two singles put together with a noticeable bump in the middle.
The price is too high specially considering the building itself is old and the rooms are really small.

Pros: Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Super close to port street Mall and all of the fun of Sydney
Cons: Hotel is in need of a huge renovation beds are not comfy and need replacing. Parking cost for one night was $46.00 bathroom was tiny you could hardly sit on the toilet as it was so close to the vanity photos online look 1000 times better then what the rooms offer
