Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to public transport, and easy access to major attractions. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like in-room laundry and kitchen facilities. Friendly staff and reasonable value were also noted. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, slow or out-of-service elevators, and high noise levels, particularly in rooms facing busy streets. Some experienced poor communication from staff, especially regarding special requests. Overall, the location and convenience stand out, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, elevator reliability, and soundproofing.

Pros (+) The position was good opposite the entrance to Darling Harbour able to walk too with ease well lit up area.
Cons (-) Don't stay here due to construction site next door has just commenced we were on the 14th floor and the jackhammer went for hours. At 07:00 the next day it started all over again come back in maybe 2 years time if the site next door has been completed.
