Pros: The area is quiet and the room is small but comfortable. The bed felt plush and I had a good night's sleep.

Cons: Upon check in it was mentioned that there was breakfast and dinner. In the room was a menu for dinner but nothing to tell me about what was for breakfast and how to access it.

Pros: Manager Ravi tried to help us in everyway but if management or owner don't want to spend$$ on services it's not his fault. But other lady she's rude don't know customer service.

Cons: Room service only refill ur coffee n tea bags. They won't change linens until u left I personally stayed for a week imagine no vacuum n used same linen everyday. They won't wash ur cups as well don't expect any gud service coz they getting paid wat they got told to do. Parking is free BUT limited n only for small hatchback NOT for big cars even if u park in Bay u won't be able to open door. A guy in front of us hit his Ute to kitchen wall it's not coz he's bad driver but it's very congested. Kitchen is small n laundry no way I wash my clothes when get back. Please think 100 times prior any booking I was stuck had no option don't just read other comments n book specially for families. I know it offers cheap but u rather pay couple hundreds bucks more. Cafe next door arrange breakfast but u have to walk around the building n if u order something it'll cost just a bread n a cuppa or coffee that includes in breakfast.

Cons: The room is not the one display in internet. Promise parking but provide none, had to park in his reception area, with extreme hard to move around. The big lady in the reception is unfriendly.

Cons: Felt like I was in a basement on the ground floor but it was clean. There was a kettle missing and the TV didn't work. Took a while for these to be replaced. Breakfast wasn't till 7.30 so I missed that I asked if I could get something for the morning but nothing was provided. Beds weren't that comfortable, I could have done with another blanket. Room was clean and done up shower was good.

Pros: Reception was great. Housmaids did a good job, Location was terrific, near the tram and the trains. Reception went to a lot of trouble to make sure I was happy. Parking was very good, right near my room. Bed was comfy and I slept well.

Pros: Location is central although access into and out of property can be a little difficult. The building is old and run down, however the rooms were generally clean and comfortable. An affordable stay.

Cons: I was in a non smoking room but some one had been smoking recently in the room and I had to take allergy tablets to over come my reaction to this.The room was very smokie.This is not a reflection on staff as they have no controll over people while they are in their rooms.If possible the room should be aired out for several days but it was a busy time & not possible to do this.

Cons: I opened the sofa bed an it looked like someone had slept in it an they didn’t change the sheets. Moved the coffee table an there was rubbish under it. Moved the curtains an there was dust there an the people next door decided to come home an sit outside an drink an talk till 3am. But over all I would stay again the girls in the office were lovely.

Cons: We booked an executive room which did not meet our expectations. The bed was hard, the lighting poor. No extra blanket and the air con turned on but didn’t heat up. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the room and bathroom need to be updated. One of the white towels was grey. The continental breakfast was basic, just toast and cereal, tea and coffee, the table cloths were dirty and stained.
