Pros: We had originally rented an apartment in Sydney. However, due to construction at night, we had to relocate. We found a great rate at the Raddisson Blu and booked it. We enjoyed the last few nights of our vacation in a beautiful and comfortable room. The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was spotless. We would definitely stay there again!

Best customer service was they suggested we could use showers in their gym/sauna/pool area when we arrived at 8:00 am after a 15-hour flight. Made such a difference in our day! Cons: This hotel has an "Old English" vibe so if you want a young, hip vibe it's not for you. But if you want to be able to walk to the Circular Quay, Opera House, Royal Boranical Garden, ferries, the Rocks neighborhood, and a train station, it's excellent.

Cons: I had a basic room. I previously stayed at another Four Seasons in a suite and it was amazing. I think I was spoiled. The bathroom at this hotel was ridiculously small I could hear everything out in the hallway outside my door.

Cons: The only thing i can think that wasn’t stellar was the tv station selection in the room. That’s hardly a reason to select any hotel- just a way to wind down before bed. The pros far outweigh this one con :)

So they never vacuumed before my stay. You expect more for $1000+ stay. The cleaner Came in my room at 9.25 and I was in my underwear to clean up the room!? I was busy on an important call, then came again at 9:50 I explained that check out was 10am. The day before thy didn’t even clean my room!!!!

Cons: The staff at times were very difficult to communicate with because they did not understand English the hostess in the Croft (small asian woman) was the most frustrating and tended to not listen and would start to cut you off when she was getting frustrated by her own inability to understand what we asking. The front desk staff were also uninformed telling us the sauna did not work when it did and giving us a wake up call 10 minutes later than we asked for. We also were very unimpressed by the 1 percent surcharge on credit card transactions that we were not informed about prior to our stay and really frustrated when we could not pay by debit because your hotel has no facility for that ability when the debit card is from another country. The customer should never have to pay for a company's lack of service.

Happy hour 4-6pm at Meat & Co good value. Some nice extra touches like weight scale in the bathroom, suit brush and shoe horn in cupboard. Good size desk and seat under the window a nice touch.

Cons: Had to wait a bit for our daughters bed to be delivered, and not the best thing considering we had a 7pm incoming flight, and we were tired, but all in all they were pretty good when they recovered.

Cons: The 'king size bed' was two twins joined (very common outside of USA but not acceptable at this level property). Furthermore the bed was on wheels. Cons: I did not like the valet service much. We would call 15-20 mins before we left and the car was never ready. We usually had to wait an addtl 10+ mins for our car. This was regardless if we were the only ones leaving. There was usually 2 to 3 valets!

Cons: Check in quite slow even though I had priority check in. Restaurant Opera for seafood buffet dinner told there was two sittings but after electing to do second sitting it didn't seem to actually be policed. Coffee should be included in the buffet price. Cons: We were traveling with our 12 year old,who is very well behaved. We were told by our waiter that the 7:00 hour was drawing near and my son would have to leave the lounge. Which we obeyed every night and made our son leave the lounge. But on our third night, for some arbitrary reason,the horizon lounge manager let other children stay in the lounge passed the curfew hours, after he had requestied our son to leave. We questioned him and he flipped flopped with his story and then announced that all children were allowed to stay in the lounge for the rest of the week due to the Easter holiday. We just didn’t like when some people aren’t made to obey the rules and the manager fails to enforce them.

Cons: Service was very average, staffs were as if they were just doing their job and the service simply had no soul to it. There was one evening when we came into our room and found that one of the twin bed was not made up. The problem did not end there, we had room service several times and when we finished with it we called back to have the table collected from the room and they said that they will send someone up to pick up the table, in which no one eventually came although we had called twice.

Pros: Originally I was in one of the “old” rooms, which in my opinion Hilton should be too embarrassed to even allow people to stay in. I was subsequently put in one of the newly renovated rooms on floor 41, which was much nicer but other hotels are doing it much better. I stayed there because I was attending a conference at the Hilton but when I visit Sydney I wouldn’t choose to stay there again - only because of the rooms. Staff were friendly and great and the location is good. The restaurant is also good (Glass?).

The room was clean and modern. Service was great. The location is hard to beat. Right in the middle of tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Darling Harbor and Chinatown are just 4-5 minute walk. Town Hall subway station is just around the corner. Two grocery stores are very close by if you want to stock up on things.
The gym is great and quite extensive. There is a nice pool and sauna, although the hot tub was only like warm temperature.
Overall me and my two boys ( 9 and 11) had a great time fornthe week we were in Sydney.

More than once front desk staff were told about a considerable amount of water on the floor in the womens bathroom but nothing seemed to be done about it. Not even a wet floor sign.

Cons: Cleanliness, price, no breakfast included for price, elevator did not take us all the way to our room, washers both full so we could not do laundry, no ice machine, AC in room did not work.

Cons: Bathroom and shower. Shower leaked all over the floor. Both rooms for both stays. There was no exhaust fan to get the steam out.

Cons: The facility is dirty, Hallways were vacuumed maybe a year or longer away. Large pieces of trash remain in hallway for days. The room service is mediorcre. Literally, they only change towels and straighten the upper most layer of the bed. They do not even tuck the sheets in. They never vacuum the room or wipe surfaces. It is disgusting at this hotel. Cups and glasses used are rinsed. My tea cup remains stained with tea residue that can be easily wiped when I ran my finger over it. When I complained to the front desk, I was told that room service is sourced-out and that is why it is lacking (this is not my problem, I need a clean room). I would never ever ever stay at a travelogue again, and more specifically this hotel at Waynyard. It is very shocking that a hotel which costs a good amount of money is lacking that much.

Pros: Did not partake of breakfast on this occasion. When visiting Sydney have always stayed at this hotel because of its great location with easy access to all areas of Sydney. An all round quality hotel.

Pros: Clean, well priced, breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Great location, easy walking distance to the city centre, Circular Quay and The Rocks

Pros: Very convenient location close to The Rocks, CBD and transport (trains)
Cons: There was nowhere for taxis to pull up outside the entrance of the hotel. We took a maxi taxi to the hotel and had to exit it on the roadside on a very busy road.
