Pros (+) Excellent staff with one exception in lounge/bar on 36th floor. Waiter addressed me as "Boss", failed to give menu, did not mention kitchen was closed until I ordered and did not get drinks in timely manor. His poor performance stands in stark contrast to the rest of the staff. Good breakfast buffet and health club.

Pros (+) with good price this hotel was far the best hotel I've ever stayed. Staffs were super nice. I told at the front that it is the first day of my honeymoon, they gave me a room with better view (maybe?) I mean, superb view with both harbour bridge and Sydney opera house. They even sent us complementary champagne and a box of chocolate. Loved it so much! thank you Shangri-la staffs!
