Location is great.
Room was basic for the price. We were charged for WiFi. There was a 40 dollar deposit for umbrellas on a day when it was raining heavily.
Location was perfect
I was sure I had booked the club room floor but it turned out I hadn’t
The location was great.
I booked two rooms and given how much I was paying it would have been nice to have a view. The rooms are very bland. The breakfast was sooo overpriced.
The location, design, prestige and cleanliness was great
The pillows were way too soft and no firm pillow available. Plus the drapes for the windows did not black out the city lights. These two points gave me an uncomfortable and restless nights sleep. Additionally the buffet breakfast was ridiculously over priced considering I and my wife only consume a small breakfast.
The fact that on your booking website it clearly states that there would be no booking fee when arriving at the property for check-in. I also confirmed this via the phone. When we arrived at the hotel the staff and manager could not care any less at the fact that by putting down a deposit severely put us out and as I stated above the site specifically said that there was not a fee or holding deposit. The staff refused to check us in until we paid the deposit which then severely put us out despite the fact it was our anniversary and the first time in a long time we have been able to afford to stay somewhere. I was extremely left down at the customer service and lack of empathy down by the staff. I even offered to give them my licence and/or MasterCard that I used to put down as a hold until we checked out. The Hilton Hotel and booking.com need to sort out the information they are sharing to customers booking through them as it is a complete misrepresentation and misleading to put up false statements and act on behalf of the Hotel itself. We will not ever stay at The Hilton again and I will not be recommending it to anyone I know. Regards,
