Very comfy bed. Large bathroom with lots of bench space. Loved the rain shower. NO minibar just a very small narrow fridge. Nice layout. Spacious room. View was internal looking onto glass roof. Very clean.
Due to COVID-19 Breakfasts were on a pre order basis. We were given the option to pre order and save $13 per person. Cost was $25 pp. Full hot breakfast. Not a bad price for what we received but there was a bit of mix up with wrong orders and a few cold items - sausages and croissants. The coffee was good!!!
The aesthetics were beautiful, the room was beautiful, the bathroom was very spacious. Loved the two shower heads.
I did not like that the hotel did not grant my request of a bottle of champagne on entering, it was a special anniversary. I had asked for a bucket of ice as I brought my own champagne and it took two phones calls and a 40 minutes wait for it to arrive to my room. The google chrome cast was out and the internet was out and they did not compensate for any of that.
Location and the bathroom was absolutely fabulous. Definitely my favourite part of the stay.
Was supposed to be city views and it was back of buildings
Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable.
Nice newly refurbished rooms but a little lacking in personality given the era of the hotel.
The stay was excellent. Loved to hotel and the staff were awesome A+ all round
