Our door is open to all. Once upon a time an old federation warehouse sat quietly on Mountain Street. It was a space where hard working people built, made and created. Workers came and went and its strong framework was a space for many an industry, including an old leather tannery. As the years went on, the area around it began to evolve. Change was in the air. Fast forward to 2017 and that old warehouse has been lovingly converted into Verius newest hotel. With a nod to the past through the hotels exposed industrial features, the hotel reflects the future of travel and celebrates todays traveller with innovative and stylish design and loft inspired living.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Hotel is in excellent shape outside and in, clean and neat. In an excellent location, as we were travelling by train, and wanting to experience Chinatown food. An allround pleasant stay, even if it was for only one night.

Pros: room was very smelly, noisy rattling windows, venue needs a good clean and renovation, it is a very good location but definitely not worth the rates, elevators not working correctly which was very annoying

Pros: love the location of Hotel and the quietness...also easy to get from Hotel to City on public transport...(as we dont bring our car with us) and the closeness to Darling Harbour etc etc- we have stayed at this Hotel when it was the Mercure Lawson and Aspen and now Aspire and will continue to stay there when we come to Sydney -as your rates are very very affordable

Cons: The distance from Central Station was a bit far but I liked that as it was a bit quieter. I had breakfast at the hotel. It wasn’t spectacular. I would have rather explored the local cafes.

Pros: Bathroom is well sized, well arranged, with a full wall of counter space. Bathroom supplies were reasonable. Good location for travelling on a budget. Nice bedding. Convenient balcony, useful for longer stays.
Cons: No bathroom ventilation. Bathroom would be sweating after a hot shower, floors would be wet. Messages left for maintenance is taken away by housekeeping but seem to go unanswered. Noisy toilets, had to keep the bathroom door closed most of the time. Friendly staff upon approach, but does not smile at you unless you smile first.

Cons: no lift, i need carry my baggage from 3rd floor to the ground floor when I checked out. The wifi service provided in the hotel were not stable, it was on and off all the time.
