I rented a large car / minivan “in terminal” because I had lots of luggage… you never specified I still needed to take a train to reach for the car. Bummer Then I rented a small car for the rest of my stay because I did not needed a minivan for one person. I returned the minivan, went to the car rental center in the airport to get the small car and there your employee told me “we do not have the car category you selected, you can get a bmw but it’s more expensive or I suggest you go see the other renters for a cheaper car” I was not even given the price for the bmw or any other options Absolutely dessapointing All the effort of Maria, the employee that first rented me the minivan end up shattered in the garbage once the second employee sent me to Enterprise to get the car I had booked online I will never use or recommend sixt again Why paying more, for a poorer or a “no” service at allReviewed 1 Dec 2022
