Check in was a bit slow with only 2 counter perons, but reasonable with no problems. The garage area attendent was on the ball. He came out of his kiosk, greeted me, took my folio and directed me to my car (Good job!) The car return was quick and smooth, and the agent was good too. The car itself had a couple of issues. The drivers side sun visor retaining clip was broken/missing and the visor kept wagging in the drivers face, and there was an error message on the rear perimeter sensor making the lane sensor system inoperative. It was a Volkswaggen Jetta and had a very harsh shifting transmission. I've rarely driven Volkwaggens, so I don't know if that was normal or not. Otherwise, the car drove well. First vehicle traveled 8 miles and broke down. Took eight hours for their emergency roadside to show up. They have several different phone numbers. Each time I called, the rep would give a new phone number promising that group will be able to assist. Each time, the new number would have the same exact phone prompts. I feel they used this in order to get off the call. The second vehicle also ended up having the check engine light come on too. The employees at the local rental center were very helpful, but there didn’t appear to be a direct number to reach the rental center so I had to take a Lyft to get there and get assistance.Reviewed 25 May 2022

After making a car rental reservation online, I arrived at the desk and was very upset to learn that no cars were available to rent. They charged me a partial amount for insurance upfront, and told me I had to contact the insurance company to issue a refund. Disappointing experience.Reviewed 25 May 2022
