Process couldn’t have been any easier! Reserving a car on kayak app was a breeze. Picking up the rental car was easier than that! Drop off was equally as easy! Will rent with them again 100%Reviewed 19 Feb 2025

Car, checkout and price were good. But checkin the line was hours long, and the employee lied to us saying our car was not ready for the next hours and we could upgrade for a higher price and have a car ready immediately. When we refused, he told us our car is ready.Reviewed 10 Jan 2025

It felt like a scam with all the hidden costs and unfriendliness of the staff upon arrival to the airport. The only good thing was the team in charge of receiving the returns, extremely helpful.Reviewed 15 Aug 2024

I liked the car rental pick up and drop off location. wait time was very quick even though 4 people were ahead of me. I will probably just go through your website instead of on carrentals.comReviewed 28 May 2024
