Pros:The car was ready at arrivalCons:Car was dirty on outside a quick wipe down was done prior to my arrival however it was still very dusty. Inside of vehicle were carpet stains, build up of food in cup holders and faint smell of cigarette smoke. Vehicle would stutter sporadically while on the road. Cons:Be faster, I stood in line for well over 30mins for the paperwork and another 20mins to get out of the garage. Make sure the check engine light isn't on, my check engine light came on the second I got on the highway. Make sure the gas tank is full, it was only half way. I returned the car with a full tank but still got a $6.99 charge for gas even though I returned it with more gas than I received it with. Make sure there is enough air in the tires, this light also came on on within a few hours. At least pretend to care, when I brought all of this up to the employee scanning the car she just said "you're okay, you only owe $6.99 for gas....." Needless to say I will never use Budget again.Reviewed 12 Feb 2020

this location/services not goodPros:Not much about this location/servicesCons:This particular Budget was not very nice. The cars were located in a multi level parking garage for a shopping center down from the Budget office and it took forever to find my rental car as they are parked amongst other public cars! The employee had the keys to the car he was giving me on the counter, and I noticed the tag said " bad tires". He was giving me this vehicle for a 10 hour drive from Miami to Pensacola! Only after I said something did he tell me he would switch it out for another....Reviewed 23 Mar 2016

Cons:Even when the vehicle was excellent. It is not responsible for your errors in the reservation.Producing additional payments to the customer. The reservation made by internet, placing that I would deliver the vehicle in Doral offices, but when I was given the vehicle, they placed another delivery address and I did not notice the error. The day of delivery arrived at the Buget office in Doral, as I had done in the reservation and they told me of the error and that if I delivered the vehicle in Doral, I would be charged an additional. I decided to take it to the airport offices and to get beyond the delivery time, I was charged an additional day.Reviewed 22 Jan 2017

Good but...Pros:Overall the experience was good with one important exceptionCons:I had to curtail the car rental due to a family bereavement and when I returned the car I should have been advised that I could claim a refund of the unused upgrade etc costs.Reviewed 1 Jan 2018

Pros:Staff was extremely nice and friendly! At drop-off there was a sign right at the entrance to Budget (instead of at the rental lot) that said "Return vehicle at Avis on 3rd floor"; this meant I had to go around the entire airport again to have access to Avis and be able to return the vehicle. If this would've been at the entrance of the lot, I could've done it then and there, instead of wasting 10 minutes (and gas), which are vital at airports.Cons:Apart from what I explained in previous answer, the van wasn't cleaned prior to delivering to us. It migh've been because it was evening time (8:30 pm), not sure, but it wasn't cleaned before.Reviewed 26 Dec 2020

Pros:well first I was given a car when i went to the car someone else was issued that car, went back up with my luggage, told them they checked and that was the case, they issued another car went to the car battery was dead, went back up , they issued another car went tot he car and that one was ok , but the back and forth and there was no compensation and they ended charging me for bringing the car back under an hour . not taking into account the hour plus with the back and forth for changing the cars,Cons:They could have compensated me for the hassel of the three attemps instead on charging me an extra day for getting the car back some minutes laterReviewed 29 Dec 2020
