Pros: The room we booked was beautiful, and the staff couldn't do enough for us, they were friendly and courteous. The location was amazing. It was a 5-10min walk to the Champs Elysee and a 30 min walk to the Louvre. Because there was a national strike happening, there was very limited public transport and getting a cab anywhere was a nightmare. We opted to walk for most of our trip, and because the weather was pretty good, we were able to see quite a lot on foot. The breakfast and the restaurant was lovely, and the waiting staff were always so friendly. The food was always so tasty as well. We booked a duplex which was pretty, however, it was deceptively small. The room was very pretty, and though it IS on two floors but there wasn't enough 'room'. There is a small wardrobe, and even though we didn't pack many clothes, it was a tight squeeze for two people to store their clothes. It was also rather awkward having luggage that was larger than a small cabin bag, as there was nowhere to store it. Finally, the bathroom doesn't have a lot of storage space for toiletries, so it was a bit of a balancing act. Though interestingly, relaxing on the couch in the room was fine, because we made sure it was clear, it was a great place to relax and unwind from the day and just before going to dinner. On the whole, the hotel isn't bad, the location is great, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, the room is always kept spotless, but just be aware that though it's a lovely room, there's not as much space as you'd expect.

Cons: The hotel is good but definitely not a 5 star. This is a good 4 star hotel in my opinion. The facilities are modern but not fancy and the rooms are super small, I know, this is europe but my room in a 4 star hotel in downtown Bruges was much bigger then this one and cheaper. And my opinion is not based in just that, I'm also considering that I have stayed at other 5 star hotels(in Europe and other places) and they are definitely better. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel. A very good 4 star hotel, FOR SURE, but NOT a 5 star.

Pros: We loved the hotel, location was amazing and the staff were so friendly in helping and proving anything we needed. Due to the strike in Paris it was difficult to find Taxis, but the hotel made sure we got taxis every time. The breakfast was lovely, the best were the eggs and waffles, they have an amazing patio were you can enjoy a nice glass of wine with friends. We will surely be staying here again next time.

Pros: The best thing about this hotel was its location- within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees, but also 3 minutes away from the direct bus that takes you to either Orly or CDG. It was also conveniently located steps away from the line 1 metro. This was very convenient during my time there because there were public transport strikes and traffic was horrendous (cabs and ubers were very expensive!); line 1 was one of the two lines functioning, because they don't have drivers; and it goes straight across Paris from East to West every 2-3 mins! Other than that the hotel itself was great; the room was of decent size for Paris (which still means small, but comfortable!). The room was spotless and of modern style. There is an elevator, convenient for the heavy packers and mobility impaired. Staff was very helpful and polite. We were allowed early check-in with no problems. We had a small problem in our bathroom which was tended to right away. Excellent value for money, I would definitely come back here!

Cons: It was overall an excellent stay, the only thing I could perhaps think of is that we could hear what was going on in the hallway fairly well, so as we were trying to nap to get over the jetlag, it was made a little harder with the cleaning crew in the hallway at the time. Honestly though, a non-issue!

Staff responded poorly to this situation that was not communicated ahead. Very dissapointing. One last thing, te hotel seems to be weel located because few hundred meters from champs Elysee but it is quite a dead area at night.

Close to the River Seine, a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro and 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Mostly excellent staff with a couple of rude/ couldnt care less ones, especially in the gym/pool area
Cons: Carpet was quite worn, especially in the walkways. In room fridge and Air Conditioner were not cold enough however it was unusually warm in Paris during our visit (90 F/32C)
Restaurant and bar choices were extremely limited
The hotel requires men and boys to wear Speedo style swimwear to use the pool. This really irked me as it would have required the purchase of 3 pairs of Speedos despite us having swim shorts. Of course Novotel sells these Speedos for 15 Euros each, which would have meant spending 45 Euros on 3 pairs to use the pool!! I specifically chose a hotel with a pool and have never heard of such a rule in travels to numerous countries.
The pool guy who was giving senior citizen aqua aerobics lessons was really rude to my wife when she dipped her toe in the water to test it’s temperature on the other side of the pool away ftom his class. He walked over put a chain and exercise bike in her way to block her and acted like she’d dive bombed the seniors!?!? Quite a rude overreaction!?!?

Pros: We were a group of 6 staying in two rooms for 5 nights. This is an aparthotel wjich has a 24hour reception desk and cooking/eating facilities in each room. The hotel is in a great location, a couple minutes walk to Beaugrenelle shopping centre and an excellent monoprix supermarket. There is also a wonderful Korean restaurant directly across the road. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast (extra cost) with a large variety of yummy choices. The staff were excellent, especially Liliane. They upgaded both our rooms for free to views of the Eiffel Tower, any need was met and they promptly sourced taxis and tickets when requested. We had a wonderful stay. We would happily go back and happily recommend others to stay here.

Cons: Hotel did not take our request seriously about being close together. We were on 3 different floors. We thought we had Eiffel Tower views but had city views. They would try to change us but did not. Even one room open next to me when we moved in they gave to someone else. No large towels, phone did not work in my sons room and he had 3 broken chairs. All things that we wanted fixed and they said they would but never didn’t. When we left with our parked car in their garage, their exit code did not work and the man on the speaker system said we had to come back in to reception to get s new code, really? Pool was okay but would probably not stay there again . U

Cons: There is construction on going 2fl below. There is mold and mildew everywhere. The tub is disgusting, and the toilets were stained. We requested for early check-in around10am for my elderly mom and aunt and they agreed in email but on the day made them check in at 3pm. I booked 2 paranomic view apt (~€2000)but both was of buildings of others homes, and offices. The GM Élie Elhayek had done this because my company lawyers tried to had miss booked the of 2 apartments was in error and we wanted to cancel one reservations but he completely dismissive, and had interns email a week later and retaliated by giving us the worst rooms in the builing. there no detergents to clean the floors, no housekeeping after even staying 1wk. Two receptionists were amazing, but I would never go to this brand of hotel ender again. There are bother apartments hotels that are hands on, like a upon Lisbon hotel/residence. I have photos and upload them on trip advisor to corroborate my experience.

Cons: We were told to book a shuttle to the airport 24 hours before. So I went on a Sunday to request it they told us we had to come back Monday to book for Tuesday transfer. We came back on the Monday and they told us the concierge was not here on Monday. Which we had to figure it out ourselves and take an Uber which was also a terrible experience.

Cons: I am very displeased with the quality and service provided during my stay at this Ibis.
To start, I booked this hotel because the description indicated “the new ibis room” to celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary. To my surprise it was completely the contrary.
When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist to confirm my specific room requests (indicated above and below). The individual had us wait for about 30 minutes because allegedly his manager was confirming that the room was in order. When we arrived to the room, it was very displeasing to my wife and to myself for the following reasons:
1. The hallway floor had old carpet with noticeable large stains. Clearly not maintained.
2. The room itself was one of the worst maintained hotel room I have ever stayed. Old floor, walls, cabinets sidings and window paint were peeling off. The bathroom walls, bathtub and in sink all had mold.
3. There is no room service. I dialed more than 5 times to the receptionist with no response.
4. No iron available. It was a siege to validate the door card for access to the only room with an iron. One afternoon, I went to the receptionist three times because the receptionist was unable to successfully validate the card.
I regret spending my anniversary under these harsh conditions and I will never again stay at this hotel nor will we ever recommend others to stay here as well.
Further and for the above reasons, I would like to officially request compensation and your attention to remediate this situation and halt the false advertisement of a “new ibis room.”
