Clean large room. Most comfortable pull out sofa ever. (My daughters got the bed). Nice helpful staff. Fun atmosphere in lobby. 2 block walk to several metro stations. Would definitely stay here again.
The location is super convenient, directly across from Gare du Montparnasse train station. It is an easy walk down to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and all the museums. Lots of non-touristy places to eat that are open in the summertime. The staff, while a bit overwhelmed, was super friendly and helpful.
Only one elevator was working during the morning rush hour, which made for long wait times.
Small rooms and the elevators were always busy
Staff was great
Great location uber comfortable beds Great location to the train station!!
its fine but expensive.
breakfast was not included in rate and it was very expensive as well.
The hotel was in a good location but be prepared to walk. Good breakfast and a quiet room.
They messed up my final bill, I settled my bill the night before due to an early departure. I had been charged for someone else's dinner. This was sorted. However, in the morning I was called to the desk and informed that I had not settled my bill and there was yet another dinner charge against my room number, even though it was plainly not my signature. Not confident I won't be charged for this meal.
Patrricia who greeted us at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It was within easy acess of the Metro for sightseeing trip of Paris. It was within easy access of trains station for TGV to South of France. Appreciated the internet access in the lobby.
There was a conference of some type going on and access to the dining room was denied to other guests. We were forced to eat at high tables/bar stools (uncomfortable for a evening dinner), which are basically a part of the lobby. The conference people gathered in the lobby, so a quiet dinner for us was impossible. The dining service staff were not at all welcoming or helpful. When several guests (we did too) pointed out that the conference guests were only using about 1/4 of the dining room reserved for them (happened 3 out of 3 nights we were there) ...we/they were spokenn to very brusquely stating that we could sit in the other lobby type area or go elsewhere. I will recommend this hotel to friends but will not recommend the dining .
Room was very modern and quite. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
Furniture and interior decor are relatively modern. Hotel room was clean, i appreciate separate shower and toilet.
Breakfast was a bit disorganized. No smaller plates, not enough napkins if need for more than one. I requested gluten free bread, but it was not supplied despite the staff mentioned to me that it could be made available.
The room we stayed had enough space to feel confirtable and clean.
In the confirmation of the reservation, it was written that the hotel fare should be paid at the hotel as usual for Booking com. But I knew that the cost had been withdrawn from my credit card as soon as I booked this hotel via Booking.com. When I asked the person at the reception about this at the check-in, she was really offensive to me although I just wanted to make sure if I did not have to pay for the hotel. Did I do anything wrong!?
Excellent service from check-in to check-out and beyond! I forgot one of my bags at the hotel and only found out about it after I reached the Airport. Within minutes of calling the hotel, the staff found my bag , called a taxi and called back to confirm details of when and where I would meet up with the taxi driver. Needless to say, I had a very short window of time or I would miss my plane, the fact that the hotel's staff took this isseue as serious as they did and the speed with which they reacted saved my trip from a sad ending. I will be back to this hotel as all other aspects were also great.
For a central hotel in Paris it was very quiet and accesible to the city attrations
The hotel was clean with a great view and I particularly liked the sound proof rooms
Breakfast not being included
Good location near the centre of Paris, excellent facilities, clean rooms, friendly staff
Boiler on top of the room was quite noisy (room on the 8th floor)
