Cons: When i arrived at night on a prepaid reservation the reception staff tried to send me to another hotel nearby claiming the room had suffered damage and was unavailable. After a full day of travelling and not having received an advance notice of the "event" I suspected this was a trick used by an overçbooked hotel. I demanded to see the damages and this the supposed manager was unable to show me, so after a little voice raisingf on my part all of the sudden the room became available.
I left that the hotel reception made to lie to me their paying customer . Two more managers emerged and during my short saty the hotel personel made me feel as if they had made me and my wife a favor by letting us stay in the hotel for which I had PREPAID my stay. I can only imagine if my reservation was not prepaid I would have been in the street looking for a hotel room

Cons: Hotel was under construction (and for quite some time apparently) so I'll spare you with the details of what that means when you are trying to catch up on some much needed sleep. Staff responded poorly to this situation that was not communicated ahead. Very dissapointing. One last thing, te hotel seems to be weel located because few hundred meters from champs Elysee but it is quite a dead area at night.

Cons: My queen suite was very small and just enough room for 1 person. The door did not have a soft close mechanism so door were constantly slamming which made it difficult to relax during the day. Doors were constantly slamming especially when cleaning crews were servicing rooms.

Comfortable, plenty of room for my wife, adult son, and I. Air conditioning worked well, kitchen was very useful for breakfast, laundry in basement was very handy given we were there for a week. We got great advice from the front desk for restaurants and found everyone on staff friendly and helpful. And the room was very quiet, despite the location.

Pros: The apart-hotel is very good located, in a walking distance to the landmarks, shops and clubs. There are a lot of restaurants around. We stayed in one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor.( room 1426). It was very quiet because the windows were facing the garden. The room was very clean. There was a nice and large lounge area connected to the kitchen. The kitchen was good equipped, including the dishwasher. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed, cupboard and TV. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot. Here is a tip to those who like to stay in a quiet room, ask for the room located on the 2-6 floors facing the garden.

Cons: I emailed in advance about parking, check in time and to request a bed/cot. We arrived as requested at 3pm after a long journey. I asked where to park and was told the room wasn’t ready and handed a map to the car park. 45 minutes later we found the car park NOTE we were in a 4x4 and could not get in due to the narrow entrance and very tight lane. We eventually parked nearby which was fine and the same price. We got into the room which was so hot the baby monitor was registering 31 degrees centigrade. There was no cot and the sofa beds weren’t made up and so we went out having turned down the heating. On our way out I requested the cot be provided and the sofabeds made up. 4 hours later the beds were still unmade, the room still boiling and the cot had arrived with no bedding. We went out for dinner and asked again that the sofa bed be made up, that they adjust the heating and provide cot bedding. At 10 pm none of the above had happened. We were told to make up the sofa bed ourselves (There were no pillowcases). Finally pillowcases arrived but no cot bedding & the lady from reception said she could only find a huge sheet and a double blanket for the cot (suitable only for a small baby) and which was dangerous in such a small cot. She said the room would cool down eventually. By this point we had discovered the toilet was blocked - no help was offered for that. The room didn’t cool down and we had to open a window (not ideal on the 5th floor with small children) and it was incredibly noisy. We asked to speak to a manager and were told she’d be in at 8am. After an awful night where our toddler slept under a small towel (2 towels for 5 people) we checked out and waited to speak to the manager. At 8.30 she was still getting dressed finally arriving at 9.15. She said the heating was set by the hotel and offered no apology. She said her manager would be in touch. We are still waiting. Avoid avoid avoid!

Cons: Avoid rm 235. Loud construction outside at 8am (it shook the room); throughout the night there is a bus stop directly outside of the window. Location is so-so. Between the noise and the location, I will select a different hotel upon my return to Paris.

Pros: Outstanding location for viewing the Eiffel Tower, however we found that there was little else around this area for tourists. Room was a good size, immaculately presented, modern and nicely furnished. It was my Daughters birthday the day before our arrival and staff decorated the room with balloons and left a lovely card and gift for the occasion- a very nice touch! staff were very helpful, although aside from check in, we didn’t require any assistance! If you want to stay in close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and enjoy peace and tranquility following a busy day exploring the city - this is the hotel for you!!

Cons: The amount of towels and toilet paper provided did not seem like enough. We stayed for a week, so suppose the amounts provided were adequate for a couple days stay. The noise from the balcony doors slamming from neighbors was also a little louder than we expected.

Cons: We stayed there twice on this past trip. I do not blame the hotel but we flew out of New York all night and when we wanted to check in all they had was twin beds for us ready. I realize today, I will never take a twin bed versus a king.

Cons: Hotel isn't 5-stars, maybe 4-stars. King Superior Room desperately needed updating. Red room carpet looked old and dingy, the sink didn't drain well and kept getting clogged, and overall, needed sprucing up. Our King bed came w/2 pillows only!

Cons: While most of the staff is polite, attentive and helpful, over the course of the few days spent at the hotel, we had some unpleasant experiences (in particular, the young lady working at the front desk was consistently cold, unwelcoming and barely replying to our greetings)

Cons: There's no Variety in the breakfast. Just Scrambled eggs and some sausages. Other than that it's all bread. The staff is very rude and not professional. Went to refill my plate came back to find a used coffee cup (not mine) put on my table. Went 11:15 (late i know) for breakfast, there were people still there eating and food was still there. The lady asked me to leave and I won't have breakfast. Bad Behavior and won't book it again. I didn't like the rude behavior of most of the staff. The other thing I checked that the payment will only be done when I arrive. The payment has been fully taken from my card 4 days before arrival. Okay I said, but when I arrived the hotel froze another 400 Euros as a safety for them and would be returned when I checkout. I've stayed in several hotels in Paris and this was new for me.

Cons: Breakfast buffet was overpriced and the employees there were very rude. One of the days we came four minutes late and they would not seat us even though the food was still out and many other people were in the restaurant eating.

Cons: The breakfast buffet is rather poor and €20 per person for breakfast is not worthy. Pullman Hotel next door charges €30 for breakfast per person and the buffet is rich and very good quality. The hotel bar and reception areas are very basic and uncomfortable. Reception staff was polite, breakfast reception staff was rather impolite, none speak English and communication was cumbersome. Cleaners remove soap and towels every day although the hotel claims “green and nature oriented” policy. We saw a rat running over the grounds just by the hotel entrance.
