Cons: I was lead to believe the breakfast was included - when it wasn't. I received a near 40 euro bill for two people for breakfast - a terrible breakfast, really. And they didn't offer to remove that from my bill when challenged. It was not clear enough. The design of the rooms was interesting, but the bathroom had a glass door. Zero privacy. Fine for some, I'm sure. But not exactly a great look when travelling with a new partner. The area was okay - but not as interesting as other areas in Paris like Marais, etc. The bustle of the area + the intensity of the room/hotel design wasn't the most relaxing. Also - the profile online says the rooms are 'full soundproofed.' This could not be further from the truth. You hear everything - every movement of the maids, everything conversation... very disruptive.

Cons: There was nothing I disliked about the property. However, I would say that the room was a little on the smaller side and may be better suited for shorter stays.

Cons: Unsure who however someone attempted to enter our room and did open the door. Parking nearby but would have preferred on site. Would have loved to book massage however incredibly expensive. I would have liked if the hotel contact me prior in regards to extras, this was our anniversary so if the bath was ran ready with petals etc on bed I would have been overjoyed (of course I would have paid for this service)

Pros: We’ve stayed with Hotel Monsieur before. We find it good value for money in an area we like. Rooms are boutique style and always well kept and clean. Size is Parisien of course, but this has to be expected. For families with kids there are connecting rooms making it a better experience than trying to fit extra beds in small parisien hotel rooms. Staff has always been very friendly; this time the cleaning staff was very nice and Morgane was exceptionally helpful, and went out of her way to exceed our expectations, including bringing us an espresso and hot chocolate to the room!! Our kids loved the experience and we were thrilled with all the extra support such as lending us umbrellas and booking a transfer to the airport. Truly made our days in Paris a pleasant experience!

Cons: As stated, it can be very expensive, often above my employers travel policy, meaning I can’t stay as often as I would like to! Unfortunately, this is Paris and the hotel compares very favourably with many sub-par hotels. If you can get it for €200-230/night, do not hesitate!

The hotel neat and clean. I spent 18 night 2 rooms. I recommend the room with terrace. Thanks for all the stuff who were really nice with me, with my family and my children. Cons: We went for breakfast on time but the place was fool. We were standing there for several minutes without even getting anyone from the service, then told in a rush to grab soemthing and go to another room (but the person went away without even giving us time to tell us that they weren't plates available). And when we found the other place there was no one there and not even a set table. We ended up cancelling and going to a cafe outside the hotel. The hotel did refund us the breakfast later and gave up a discount on one of the extra services as a compensation.

Cons: Some of the staff were extremely unhelpful even rude. There was a night receptionist who was most unhelpful nor polite. The carpet was FILTHY in the room, so much so I complained 3 times even to management, who told me it had been cleaned but it was in the same condition. I walked on the carpet in white socks for 5 minutes and then noticed the bottoms of the socks had turned dark brown with filth from the carpet. I was told it had been professionally cleaned after my second complaint however it was the same. I feel this is something the health board should look into. This was in an apparently upgraded room. I fear to think what the other rooms were like. Even in a 3-star hotel would I not expect this. Avoid.

Cons: Charged is 50 Euros per room for requesting an early checkin. Firstly I did not expect or understand why a slightly earlier (2 hours) checkin must have an extra charge, surely some rooms are available earlier than others. Worse, why should that extra charge be nearly 50% of the room rate. The charge for one room was refunded only after I tried hard to prove that our wifi was not working. It’s still a bit much to be paying a quarter of the room price for a 2 hour early checkin. We had 2 rooms.

You can also see the tour Eiffel from ur window!

Pros: We really enjoyed the two nights we stayed at Libertel. The room is large, the bed very comfortable, they have a nice tub in the bathroom, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The entire staff is amazing, speaking several languages, fast to answer to any needs, from the luggage storage to providing wine glasses and bottle opener in the middle of the night. :-)) Special thanks to Pablo, who not only was helpful, but entertained us with good humor and cultural exchanges.

Cons: The room was much smaller as it looked in the pictures, but since it was at the top floor, it had a great view, looking over the Eiffel Tower. One bad thing though, the hair dryer is really old in the room, with almost no power. Even though i have medium long thin hair, i wasn't able to dry it.

Cons: I booked the room for the only reason of the Eiffel tower view, I have sent an email through booking to confirm that I will be having a chair & table on the room balcony to have the breakfast, but the hotel doesn't reply. When I reached there I found the balcony/terrace is very small no table or chair. I ordered my breakfast by hanging the selection outside the room before 2:00 am and I requested the have the breakfast between 8:45 to 9:00 am, the breakfast delivered at 9:35 after several calls.

Hotel made us wait for like 2 hours before letting us in . When we arrived, they told us to wait because they are going to clean our room, what? As everyone else went to their rooms straight, we sat there with our baby waiting, I’ve never been that angry and tired. I realized we paid for location, we’ve been to better places and next time, it definitely won’t be Pullman hotel anymore. Our two days plans in Paris were ruined. And the Services are Zero.....such a bad experience for my family so far.

I’ve stayed at a 5 star hotel in London, and that was a much more comfortable stay. I wouldn’t give this hotel 5 stars

For those that don't mind walking, there are countless restaurants, shops, places to see. The Metro will take you anywhere else.
The staff at Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel are excellent. With my subpar use of the French language, many staff members spoke English to assist me in any way that I needed.
The room I had was large (size is relevant due to location), had a view of Eiffel Tower, dome of the Opera, dome of Invalides and more.
Overall I am very pleased with my stay and would seriously consider returning here next time I am in Paris.

Pros: The Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel is located near two different Metro lines, near the Opera, short distance from Galeries Lafayette.
For those that don't mind walking, there are countless restaurants, shops, places to see. The Metro will take you anywhere else.
The staff at Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel are excellent. With my subpar use of the French language, many staff members spoke English to assist me in any way that I needed.
The room I had was large (size is relevant due to location), had a view of Eiffel Tower, dome of the Opera, dome of Invalides and more.
Overall I am very pleased with my stay and would seriously consider returning here next time I am in Paris.

Cons: The room smelled bad...like vomit. We changed our original room because we had a bathroom with no shade overlooking a courtyard of other rooms. We didn't want to complain again so we stayed in the smelly room. Housekeeping cleaned our room and never left us any hand, face or bath towels. We had to call for them every day.

Pros: The only good things about this hotel is the convenient location.
Cons: I had the worst experience I could have ever dreamed of - one night at 3am a random man walked into my room while I was sleeping alone. I woke up groggily and didn't realise what even happened. Luckily he was a decent man and immediately left but what if he was not? The next morning I went to the reception and they said it was an error in the system. While the staff was understanding and offered me some points on my Mariott membership, it was a very scary experience and I haven't been able to sleep properly since. I do not expect such kind of errors while staying at such hotels. It was very scarring. There are so man worse things that could have happened that night. The whole experience was horrible. Apart from that the hotel was very run down and smelly too.

Pros: The hotel is well situated in the Paris Opera district close to the Galeries Lafayette shops and easy walk to the Metro.
Cons: We flew in from the States and arrived at the hotel at around 11:30. We weren't expecting a room right away but did expect that we could get a room before 4:45. And our bags only arrived ftom storage 45 minutes later.
The room itself was reasonably spacious (for central Paris) and fairly comfortable. The shower was OK but the hot water was spotty and the shower temperature wasn't regulated.
The major problem with the rooms was the laminate flooring and lack of insulation which did not dampen sounds. We were woken up two nights running by the people above coming in late and stomping around their room.
The second problem was the totally ineffective air conditioning (and we were there early June). We complained, but it didn't get any better.
The hotel had obviously had a lot of patching up done to the common areas such as the restaurant and the corridors. The order had peeling ceiling texture and the latter had stapled on plastic sheets in place of wall paper panels. The impression was not that of a 4 star hotel but that it was run down and long overdue for an update.

Pros: The location is excellent however the hotel room is too small plus the room door is so heavy to open. There is lift you can take but only can fit one luggage and 2 people. The bathroom has really bad smell and I would suggest the stuff to spray some freshner. The staff in the reception is so helpful hence why over experience is okay.
