Pros: Elegant hotel with comfortable, quiet rooms and friendly staff.

Pros: Everything. Lovely and helpful staff, fantastic concierge، location is close to every attraction in Paris you can think of. It is a Boutique but with the highest standards that would exceed your expectations. Julia in front desk was very professional and passionate with a great smile, not mentioning the whole staff we have engaged with, everyone was just awesome. We're definitely coming back to this magical place.

Cons: Nothing. All were perfect

Pros: Quiet lovely oasis in the heart of bustling St Germain.

Cons: The sauna is 24hours but when I when there to do it , it was not hot.

Pros: Everything about this hotel was amazing. We loved the location, the luxury and the care and attention the staff gave us. The decoration and design was very welcoming. And the bikes the hotel provides for free are great to take along the river.

Pros: From the moment we arrived we just fell in love with the hotel. The décor and the design of the place is simply stunning and we were greeted with warm welcomes and hospitality. The lobby area was amazing kitted out with a chess set and an honesty bar which has a wide selection of drinks that were also very reasonably priced. We also had our room upgraded from the cosy double to the suite and it was absolutely exceptional. It was one of the comfiest beds I have ever stayed in and there was so much room, space, and just authentic Paris style. The location is great and in the Latin Quarter which was lovely to walk around, and go to he restaurants and just busk in Paris life.

Cons: Everything was perfect. We didn't try the breakfast as it was a bit pricey but we did have a look and the selection looked very fresh.

Pros: We booked a suite and were allocated a ground floor apartment with its own front door off the entrance courtyard to the hotel. Rooms were a bit small, so next time I’d ask for more spacious accommodation, but if was still lovely. We even had a bar in our lounge! Public rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable. The honesty bar made you feel you were in someone’s private house as opposed to a hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing to fault.

Pros: I felt like a welcome guest in a close friend's home. The staff are impeccably trained; they couldn't be more efficient, friendly, and accommodating. It's not often you feel that a hotel sincerely appreciates your stay, but that was definitely my impression. Speaking as a guest of several hotels in the 6th and 7th over the years, I can say without hesitation that the Bel Ami tops them all.

Cons: Nuthin' - my entire stay was perfection.

Pros: Great location! The concierge staff were all super helpful and recommended great restaurants and places to see!

Pros: Almost all was perfect, the front desk and the concierge staff was very kind and helpfull with all our endless questions and taxi/transfer requests during this strike week.

Cons: Not that I didn’t like, but would have prefered a bigger bed for this kind of Superior room.

Cons: When i arrived at night on a prepaid reservation the reception staff tried to send me to another hotel nearby claiming the room had suffered damage and was unavailable. After a full day of travelling and not having received an advance notice of the "event" I suspected this was a trick used by an overçbooked hotel. I demanded to see the damages and this the supposed manager was unable to show me, so after a little voice raisingf on my part all of the sudden the room became available. I left that the hotel reception made to lie to me their paying customer . Two more managers emerged and during my short saty the hotel personel made me feel as if they had made me and my wife a favor by letting us stay in the hotel for which I had PREPAID my stay. I can only imagine if my reservation was not prepaid I would have been in the street looking for a hotel room

Cons: lobby structure great, bedroom deco slightly too austere to make you feel comfortable.

Pros: The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and hospitable. The room was a good size and very clean. And the location literally couldn’t have been better for access to the St Germain shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons: It was a little dated and could do with a renovation to upgrade the standard to meet the prices charged. The hotel accommodation wasn’t bad value for money but the drinks/food were very expensive.

Pros: Easy to walk to wherever you want to go in St. Germaine, tons of shops and cafes nearby. There's a metro station a block away so you can get to CDG in under an hour for 10€. The staff were great. No complaints, a great place to stay.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - it was a pleasure to stay there.

Pros: Location is fantastic - walking distance to great cafes and shops, and easy to catch bus, metro or taxis if preferred.

Cons: The walls are very thin. The room could be noise-proofed - we could hear people talking in the neighbouring rooms, which disturbed late at night.

Pros: This hotel met all my needs - reasonable price, clean room, breakfast, and a quiet street. The staff was really nice. The hotel was near the train station so it was convenient upon arrival. It is also near a metro station. There was also nearby high end grocery store with good take out.

Cons: I liked it. I would stay there again.

Pros: Lovely room overlooking the quiet street. Nice choice of breakfast items including cooked eggs. Benjamin at front desk was very helpful and personable. Several good restaurants nearby.

Pros: From the moment we stepped in the hotel we felt very welcome & the self check in was super easy and we even got to pick our room. The room was a small space but had everything you needed with a great view of the Eiffel Tower! The iPad controlling the room was a great touch and very cool. Location is great too 20 minute walk to notre dame or easy to access any of paris by the transportation as the train station and underground was right next to the hotel.

Cons: Could not fault it. Maybe open the rooftop bar in the morning for breakfast with the amazing views!

Pros: I LOVE THIS HOTEL! I've made the mistake of staying at others in Paris and always regret it. The rooms are SO cozy I never want to leave them. Clean, comfiest bed ever, great shower. Can't ask for better.

Cons: The only thing I wish they had are bathrobes/slippers on demand. It's literally the only thing that could make this hotel better, and maybe a gym.

Pros: The bed is very good and also it is fun to play with the tablet (if it works accordingly...)

Cons: The toilet wasn't working well, the sink was very bad, they didn't refill the minibar and the tablet (which you have to use for everything) wasn't very good either. Had to be rebooted by the staff, but still not super. Also I missed slippers to be worn in the room, as that is more hygienic

Pros: A very interesting business concept—somewhat hip/edgy, extremely functional room layout & design in tight quarters (for a double bed, one party has to crawl over the other to reach the other parts of the room), and very automated (raising/lowering day and night screening for the window, lighting levels, etc. all done using an iPad with a customized app). Breakfast & helpfulness of staff were excellent. Not much in the way of room cleanup between the nights we stayed there, but that may be something one has to specifically request.

Cons: See above on room straightening & cleanup.

Pros: Lovely hotel with charming staff. The pool and spa were fantastic. Comfy bed too! A great part of Paris to stay in.

Cons: There was a €20 charge on my bill I didn't understand. I booked for two people but my partner couldn't come so if anything I thought the bill would have been less rather than more. I didn't notice it until I checked my email invoice later.

Cons: Junior Suite was poor. Shower (no bath), bizarre configuration. Felt like a badly converted office.

Pros: Good facilities, decent sized rooms (for central Paris), quiet and very comfortable. Youthful and helpful staff.

Cons: This is an Accor hôtel trying to look like a boutique hotel. Its not near bastille at all but I guess it fools foreigners. It’s closer to Reuilly Diderot. The hotel keeps sending repeated emails to get you to book transportation with them. Basic room with broken hair dryer. Basic overpriced minibar with no liquors. Had to cross a full breakfast room with luggage to access the room which was in the back with no view. Not worth the price at all. There are other boutique hotels in Paris that are actually worth your money.

Pros: Staff were without exception friendly and helpful, Room was very clean and warm.Shower was lovely The area is very authentic ,not touristy but lots of very good cafes and restaurants. A 20min walk from Place de Vosges and the Marais area. We would definitely stayi again
