This was actually the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, the service was absolutely abhorrent.
This hotel experience was terrible. The staff were very misinformed. I had to call down most days to have my room made up, I called and asked for a fork and knife and they told me I would be charged for them to bring it to my room. The list goes on and on. I'll never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

Loved the view. Staff could definitely be friendlier, Room was nice and it was spacious. Good king size bed with view of the tower. Bathroom could have been cleaner, bit moldy and water goes everywhere.
Shower. its hard to enter it and water floods the room so dont leave your clothes on the floor. I didnt like how impersonal it was. My emails to the hotel were ignored for our special occasion. We even had to remind them to add our accor plus and remind them that hey dont we get some perks with that.. Then they remembered we got 2 free drinks.. It was a very average hotel experience, nothing went wrong but it wasnt special.
